I came in for SmartGraft hair restoration. From the time I came for the appointment, there was no pain involved (only mild relaxer was given). The day of the procedure was easier than going to the dentist. Only discomfort was the donor site healing process, but even then it was very tolerable. The entire team was amazing! Everyone greeted me politely and I am so grateful to have everything go so smoothly. I am now seeing hair growth! My hair looks thicker than it has for many years and I am so happy! SmartGraft really works!!!
My experience is always AMAZING! I love this place. Brenda is the BEST! She always helps me. Dr Petropolous and Jeanie are both FANTASTIC!!!! They’re magicians I drive over an hour to see them and it’s worth it every time!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
I tried the Emsculpt-neo treatment for Abs twice and think it was really effective. You have slightly sore muscles the next days and feel your stomach is really tight. The procedure is not painful at all, in the beginning it is a bit uncomfortable but after a few minutes you get used to it. I would really recommend it as a add on to your regular exercising.
The office is so lovely and tranquil, the treatments are effective, and Dr. Petropoulos is a magician. She never overdoes it, but gently makes a real difference. A wonderful way to keep yourself looking your best!
Dr. Petropoulos and team were wonderful! I’ve had friends that have gone for PRP and said it was super difficult/painful, and my experience at the CCBB was the opposite. They made sure i was comfortable at all times and my results were fantastic. Could not be more pleased with the extra hairgrowth.
I’ve been getting tox for years. Genie’s hands are magic - not only the most painless injector but the absolute best results!! I feel like a more refined version of myself every time - she’s the best!!
I have been a patient of Dr. Petropoulos for almost 18 years, and I can honestly say she is the only person I trust for complex injections. Her expertise in Botox and fillers is truly unparalleled, especially when it comes to challenging areas like liquid rhinoplasty and treating hollow indentations that Botox alone can’t address. These intricate injections require a precise, skilled hand—services most practices don’t even offer due to their delicate nature. Dr. Petropoulos’s extensive knowledge and experience in the medical field make all the difference, delivering results that have transformed my appearance in the most natural way. She has an incredible ability to enhance your features without losing what makes you, you. You will come out looking younger but natural. Dr. Petropoulos is a true master in her field, and I am beyond grateful to have someone I trust so completely! She is truly the best and I will never be able to thank her enough. Have always had the best experience here! They are very professional and friendly and the environment is so relaxed, I always look forward to going because I know it will be quick and stress-free. They’re also great about tailoring your experience to your specific needs, would definitely recommend!
My experience has been wonderful! I am getting semiglutide injections and I noticed that Genie has been really attentive and made sure that I wasn’t having negative side effects. My experience has been really positive and I’ve noticed a lot of results in the small time I’ve been getting this treatment. Highly recommend this program if you’re considering weight loss.
Hello and thank you for your question! The area you have photographed is likely due to loose skin, a bit of remaining fat, or loss of structural support post-lipo. Treatments like Morpheus8, Ultherapy, and thread lifts can help, but they work best for mild to moderate skin laxity. Morpheus8 uses radiofrequency microneedling to tighten skin and slightly reduce fat. Ultherapy uses ultrasound to stimulate deeper collagen for lifting. Threads provide a temporary lift but don’t offer much long-term tightening. If you’re looking for more noticeable and lasting results, FaceTite or AccuTite might be better options. These are minimally invasive procedures that use internal radiofrequency to melt fat and tighten skin from underneath, offering stronger results than surface treatments. They involve a bit of downtime but can last several years. For more advanced sagging or loose skin that non-surgical treatments can't fix, a mini-lift or lower facelift could be the most effective long-term solution. It’s worth consulting with a provider who offers both non-surgical and surgical options to get a clear picture of what’s causing the issue and how to treat it best. Best of luck! Hello and thank you for your question! You are likely a good candidate for Emsculpt, but you should get clearance from your cardiologist first. Emsculpt uses high-intensity electromagnetic energy to stimulate muscle contractions. Emsculpt NEO has the addition of Radiofrequency energy for fat-burning. While your stents are metal and not electronic, electromagnetic fields can sometimes interact with metal implants. That said, your stents were placed 13 years ago and are likely well-healed and covered by tissue, which reduces risk. **Bottom line:** It’s probably safe, but check with your cardiologist to confirm that electromagnetic treatment in the abdominal area won’t affect your heart stents. Hello and thank you for your question! Since your hair loss has remained stable for the past seven years and you’ve previously tried topical minoxidil with limited results, there are several effective treatment options you can explore to help improve hair density and stimulate regrowth. Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP) Injections PRP involves drawing a small sample of your blood, concentrating the platelets, and injecting them into targeted areas of the scalp. These platelets release natural growth factors that can awaken dormant follicles, strengthen existing hair, and stimulate new growth. It’s particularly effective for patients like you with stabilized hair loss. LED & Laser Light Therapy (LLLT) Low-level laser or red light therapy is a non-invasive option that uses specific wavelengths of light to stimulate hair follicles, enhance circulation, and support cellular energy production. It can help thicken miniaturized hair and prevent further thinning. This can be done in-office or at home with FDA-cleared devices. Hair Transplant Surgery Given your stable pattern of hair loss, you may be a good candidate for a hair transplant. This procedure redistributes healthy hair follicles from the donor area (typically the back of the scalp) to thinning or balding areas. A consultation would help us assess donor density and design a natural hairline. DermaFuse Scalp Infusion Therapy DermaFuse is a needle-free technology that uses low-level electrical currents to open microchannels in the scalp and infuse targeted peptides or growth factors deep into the skin. When used on the scalp, it enhances nutrient delivery directly to the hair follicles and supports a healthy growth environment. It’s a comfortable, non-invasive alternative to microneedling with no downtime. We recommend booking a consultation with a qualified provider to assess your scalp health and determine the best personalized treatment plan. Many patients see optimal results from combining therapies such as PRP and LLLT or DermaFuse, and maintaining a healthy home-care regimen. Best of luck in your journey! Hello SarahGG and thank you for your question! Hyperdilute Sculptra can be safe for the neck, but only when done by someone with the right training and experience—which is why you're getting mixed answers. Some providers use it off-label to help improve loose or crepey skin by boosting collagen, and when it's properly diluted and injected at the right depth, it usually works well and safely. But the neck is a sensitive area with thinner skin, so if it's done incorrectly, it can cause lumps or other issues. Some providers avoid it because of these risks or because it's not officially approved for the neck. If you're thinking about it, choose someone who does this treatment often, can explain how they do it, and has good results to show. Best of luck! Hello and thank you for your question! If you're 25 lbs overweight and insulin resistant, starting semaglutide **before** liposuction is typically the better option. It can help you overcome the weight loss plateau, improve your metabolic health, and reduce surgical risks. By getting closer to your goal weight first, your surgeon can better target stubborn fat areas and achieve more precise, lasting contouring results. Losing weight after lipo is possible, but it may alter your results or affect skin tightness. Starting semaglutide now gives you a stronger foundation for both surgery and long-term maintenance.
