I had a breast lift with implants in January 2018, after having 2 children my breasts were “saggy”. Dr Preketes was relalistic about my expectations of surgery, he didn’t recommend large implants for my frame. I had 275cc implants with a lift. I have had complications with some of my wounds not healing. Dr Preketes and his staff have gone above and beyond to get me through this process and continue to until I fully recover. I would highly recommend Dr Preketes and his staff to anyone.

Dr Preketes is hands down the best surgeon in Sydney. He has unbeatable bedside manner whereby I was made to feel comfortable and informed every step of the way. I wanted a fuller bust but still wanted a natural look, which is exactly what I received. I was a 10C and chose 350cc implants so now I'm a 10D/DD. I am someone who scars quite easily but I have no scaring!! I highly recommend anyone looking to have breat augmentation to go for a consulation because you won't be disappointed.

I had my thigh lift surgery and I am so happy with the results. Dr Prekets did an exceptional job. I am only 2 weeks post op in the photos attached. Dr Preketes has now completed all my surgery to put my body back together (see breast lift tummy tuck) I would recommend his services as I have had no complication or infections and have healed perfectly with little to no visible scares.

I had a breast Augmentation performed overseas in 2012. I was a small B cup and wanted to be a DD. I was happy with the results however in 2015 I was in a car accident which left my left implant deformed. I had an ultrasound which confirmed my worst nightmare. My implant had ruptured from the impact and a hematoma had formed pooling blood inside my left breast. The pain was pretty intense and my breast began to harden and deform. I went to see many plastic surgeons in Sydney, none wanted to operate on me as my original surgery was performed overseas and my case was so complicated due to trauma and on top of that they were having to deal with insurance company for payment. Dr Preketes made me so comfortable, he never hesitated to take my case on. His work and attitude is amazing. He performed my removal and replaced my implant matching it to the right breast with precision. The results are actually better then my first surgery. I don't think you could get a better plastic surgeon. Dr Preketes is an Angel.

I've been questioning a reduction for the last 3 years as I've had severe back issues. I was referred to Dr Preketes from my GP but was hesitant on continuing as I couldn't find much reviews. I am here to HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM and his amazing efforts, he is informative, helpful and makes you comfortable

I have been wanting to have my breast done ever since having my daughter... I am 5'2 about 48kg.. Im a small C cup and would love to go to a full C cup or small D :) I have already been for my first consult.. Pretty much too meet the surgen. Talk about what i would like to achive.. And i tried on sizes... My PS suggested I go with 345cc silicone gel implants he said they will shrink about 10% once placed under muscle.. So now im just not sure :) any sugestions? I have my final consult next week sooo excited too finaly book in... Updated on 30 May 2011: Soooooooo excited.. i had my final consult today and very happy with what i have chosen.. Im going with the 345 cc high profile, round gel implant! Under the muscel.. Im going high profile because after having my daughter i lost alot of volume at the top so should feel them back out nicely. So im booked in 26.7.2011 soo not too far away at all.. :) Updated on 2 Jun 2011: Well im a little sad today i have to change my surgery date.. due to work, so i will be now getting it done sometime end aug this yr. Im dispointed but i guess everything happends for a reason.. :) Updated on 20 Jun 2011: so im booked in for the 23.8.11.. so in about nine weeks.. it seems soo far away but im sure it will fly im am sooo excited.. Updated on 26 Jun 2011: So i have noticed that theres not alot of information about scar management.. At my last visit to my PS i was given a brochure for scar management its called NewGel they are silicone strips that are applied to your incision and are ment to help to reduce,flatten and smooth scars .. If anyone has used something similar feel free to leave me a post :) Updated on 10 Jul 2011: So my surgery is in about 5 weeks!!!!! I can believe im finally doing it .. eeek im getting excited and nervous :D Im only having 8 days off work so im a little worried! Im a hairdresser and only work three days so i should be ok! My PS said i should be fine in a week so i guess i should trust him as he does have 25 years experience up his sleeve :p I guess ill just have to take it easy... Updated on 27 Jul 2011: its about 3 1/2 weeks till my surgery, im not to worried about the pain.. Prob most worried about being able to get back too normal activities.. Work ect! Im going in this monday the 15.8.11 for my pre op appointment, everythings happening my implants and compression bra have been ordered. So now just counting down the days.. Updated on 16 Aug 2011: so had my pre-op appointment im going with the 345cc hight profile, silicone gel implant. going under the muscle, using the dual plane Technic. through inframammary incision. im really excited only a week to go :)doesnt feel real yet :) Updated on 22 Aug 2011: TODAYS THE BIG DAY!!!! So i have to be there at 12pm not sure what time ill be out :) really excited . Ill keep everyone posted . Yay to boobies :p Updated on 26 Aug 2011: I DID IT :) i finally have my new boobies :) so i went in for surgery at 1pm and woke up in recovery at about 6pm i was in a little pain and asked for some pain meds. I was ok within about 20 mins for me the pain was around a 4 out of 10 i didnt have the heavy presure that most woman experience for me it was more of a burning sensation like the feeling when you breast fill with milk when breast feeding, my chest muscles where very tender like i had done a massive chest workout times ten. Everything has turned out amazing im very happy with my results . Im still not aloud to have a shower till tomorrow so ill post a photo asap. I have to wear my compression bra 24/7 so im going to follow my doctors orders for best results :) Updated on 30 Aug 2011: so i am now a week post opp and feeling alot better. the first few days were really rough for me not being able to do anything for myself. i have an appointment tomorrow with my PS to have my dressings changed.. ill update again tomorrow :) Updated on 7 Sep 2011: two weeks and two days post opp.. 8.9.11 i feel pretty good so far!! still a little tender. my breast are dropping nicely, think most of my swelling has gone down they are pretty soft now not as hard. i do still have some numbness which is to be expected im starting to get an electric shock like feeling in my left breast which indicates that nerve activity is returning, but it feels soo gross lol.. im still wearing my compression bra which i think i have to wear for another two or more weeks while my breast are healing. i have an appointment with my PS next week 12.9.11 so ill update a photo then.. Updated on 22 Sep 2011: four weeks post op feeling great! back to almost all my normal activities. still not aloud to go back to weight training for another few weeks but im not to stressed about that ATM. as i have my amazing new boobies keeping me occupied lol. don't really have any pain or tenderness any more, still a little numb but its to be expected. breast have settled nicely and feel like a part of me. over all i think i had a pretty good experience and im very happy i went through with it. worth the two years wait that's for sure. im in Sydney Australia and we have just come into spring so can wait to go clothes shopping to buy lots of nice clothes that i can wear with out a bra hehe.. ill keep everyone posted anyway as i go ..

Back in 2008 I had my first breast augmentation. I was 19 years old and fairly flat chested. After meeting with a few other doctors I chose to go see dr Preketes in his Penrith practise. Dr Preketes is very personable, I really liked him, but despite this he is not a good surgeon. Dr Preketes left me with visible scarring. One scar was at least 2 inches up my breast (scars were NOT in the crease line) one breast sat higher then the other and the other migrated slightly under my armpit. For years I expressed how unhappy I was about my surgery to him and he just continued to tell me how much it'll be to fix it etc. I understand surgery is elective and there are risks you take but this was his error, poor placement of implants and terrible jagged ridged scarring. After 5 years I finally got the courage to get it revised. I did seek out other plastic surgeons and there initial advice was to return to my original surgeon and have him perform the surgery. So I did. I opted to keep the implants I had originally and was really excited for my new boobs. Because my implants were "bottoming out" and "slipping" he decided to stitch my skin to my chest wall. This was fine because that hid the scarring. However, instead of stitching in a round shape like an implant he stitched me straight across. My right breast now sits on top of this stitching, and is square on the bottom. The left implant bottomed out again and my scar is visible. I don't understand why it should take 3 goes to get 1 set of implants correct. I now need a 3rd surgery and I definitely will not be going back to him for that! I would not recommend him to anyway. I noticed there were not a lot of reviews on him so I thought I would write one to help others who are thinking of using him. It's been 7 years since my first surgery and 2 years since my second. I'm only 27 and will be having my 3rd BA this year, not by choice but simply to fix his terrible work!
