Fuller natural looking breasts!

Dr Preketes is hands down the best surgeon in Sydney. He has unbeatable bedside manner whereby I was made to feel comfortable and informed every step of the way. Worth It1 month Post-Op

42 Year Old Removal of Skin After 40kg Weight Loss

I had my thigh lift surgery and I am so happy with the results. Dr Prekets did an exceptional job. I am only 2 weeks post op in the photos attached. Dr Preketes saved my life! - Kingswood, AU

I had a breast Augmentation performed overseas in 2012. I was a small B cup and wanted to be a DD. I was happy with the results however in 2015 I was in a car accident which left my left implant deformed. I had an ultrasound which confirmed my worst nightmare. Finally have nice full boobies . Sydney

I have been wanting to have my breast done ever since having my daughter... I am 5'2 about 48kg.. Im a small C cup and would love to go to a full C cup or small D :) I have already been for my first consult.. Pretty much too meet the surgen. Talk about what i would like to achive.. And i tried on sizes... My PS suggested I go with 345cc silicone gel implants he said they will shrink about 10% once placed under muscle.. So now im just not sure :) any sugestions?
