Dr. Hatfield is one of the most incredible docs I have gone too. She was the third doc that I went to to get a tummy tuck. She takes her time with patients and does incredible work. She is extremely through and does amazing work. She was worth the 30 minute drive. Also, her nurse and PA is also very amazing.
After being small cheated and having boob envy all my life (or at least since puberty) I finally got a breast augmentation. I am a 33 year old mother of 2. I breastfed both babies and that deflated what little I had. I started as a small 32B when I saw my surgeon for a consultation. After initially selecting a size of 365 cc silicone implants, I ended up champ my mind later and going with 385cc. I had my surgery December 3rd and am currently one week post op. I can't wait to see how much softer and more natural they will look as they drop and fluff. I am loving them so far! It went great and now I am a c cup. I was a 38 DDD and now I am a c cup; I am extremely satisfied with the results; they were respectful and very professional. I did not expect the care I received to be that awesome but it was; I highly recommend this surgeon. I breast fed 5 children; not all at the same time.
I'm on my 8th day after the procedure and actually feel pretty good, or better then I did the first seven days. The numbness is still there along with a lot of swelling, but I can stretch today without feeling like I'm ripping something apart!!! I had my 1 week appointment and I seem to be on track.
I'm 33 and decided I finally wanted bigger boobs! I had met with one other PS before my consult with Dr. Hatfield. He didn't provide any answers to my questions and didn't seem to listen to what I wanted. So, I knew I had to find a female PS who understood the kind of boobs I was looking for! Dr. Hatfield was the PERFECT choice! She even told me I could go bigger if I chose a different style implant, one that the previous PS never mentioned! She was amazing, and took her time to find out what I REALLY wanted. She was very thorough, took her time obtaining accurate measurements, discussed the procedure entirely and informed me of the recovery process.....which was NOTHING because she's THAT AMAZING!! I would recommend her to anyone looking to get perfect looking breasts!!! Mine are amazing and I tell her every visit how happy I am and how much I love them!!!
I felt wonderful for my 90 minute drive home and was pleased to be able to get up and out of bed with manageable pain. But as time went on, the pain increased. I only dozed off and on though out the evening but finally fell asleep only to be woken up by my pain. I was 2 hours late for my Percocet and I hurt so bad I couldn't even breathe. HORRIBLE. HORRIBLE. HORRIBLE! Don't miss a dose ladies!Updated on 7 Apr 2013:Getting a little better, day by day. I'm still not able to walk around the house. Some times I get up to use the restroom and I feel like I'm gonna pass out from the pain. I also use a heating pad and I keep it on 24 hours day. I never expected my back to hurt like this either. I did take my CG off very briefly, and hubby tried helping me get it back on, but no such luck. I hurt over my incision but can't get the garment on just right. Oh well, my post op appointment is on Thursday. She'll fix it up for me!
Liposuction of waist/love handles and thighs - shorter recovery and less expensive then the other surgery.Fat grafting to buttocks - longer surgery, much longer recovery. They have to take fat from somewhere so you are still undergoing liposuction of donor sites. It all depends on what your priorities are.
In the hands of a skilled board certified plastic surgeon, you should obtain an even balance of the abdomen following liposuction.
