After having my two babies I gained a lot of weight. I started getting into the gym, eating, healthy, and lost about 30 pounds. As hard as I worked out my stomach was never getting flat. I did lose my boobs though when I lost all that weight. I also had this very big ball of fat on my lower back that never would go away as much as I did back workouts. I went to Juarez with Dr. Alvarez Regil, who I was recommended by a lot of friends and family members who also had procedures done by him. I live in Albuquerque NM which is 3.5 hours away. I Had my consultation with him and decided I was gna go ahead and do everything at once. So I actually got a tummy tuck, breast augmentation, and lipo on my lower back w/ fat transfer to butt. It’s been quite a struggle. My husband and I rented a hotel near the doc’s office for a week. I am liking my results so far. The first night I had the option of staying at the hospital, but my mom was also going to stay in Juarez with me to care for me with my husband. The most difficult part is finding a good position to lay down or sit down. Coughing has got to be the worst pain ever, i feel like my tummy is going to open. In my opinion the lipo and butt is what hurts me the most. I go everyday to the doctor’s office in the morning so they can drain my back and clean me up and bandage my boobs and tummy again. The pain has gotten better though. I will be putting up a picture tmrw of my back and butt. Updated on 15 Nov 2017: Still draining a lot which is a good thing. Still can’t find a comfortable position to lay on. Can’t wait until I can! Updated on 16 Nov 2017: I bought a big donut looking pillow and I actually slept through the night. With that pillow I don’t put as much pressure on my butt. Updated on 20 Nov 2017: Still sore but the inflammation has gone down so much. My boobs have gone down as well but are still very swollen. My lipo incisions look like little burnt marks. Not sure if he was too aggressive with the lipo but its very sensitive. Still being wrapped with the bands. I go back to my doc in Juarez on Saturday and that’s when they will put the faja on me. Updated on 8 Dec 2017: I go back to work on Monday after a month off. I feel a lot better. Swelling has gone down a lot. I still wear gauze on my belly button and tummy since some stitches haven’t fallen off yet. Also still bandaging myself tight 24 hours a day. Monday I will start using my faja on top of my elastic bandage.
Back in 2008 I had a nose job and lower eyelid surgery to remove under eye bags. I was 26 at the time. I originally went in for nose job. The day of my surgery he mentioned the under eye bags and he asked me if I wanted to remove them. I agreed but I did Not know what I had agreed too and he never explained the procedure. I love my nose job, he really did a good job because it looks very natural and pretty however the lower eyelid was a nightmare. He removed too much fat leaving me with sunken and hollow look. The healing process for the eyelid was horrible. My eyes pulled down and exposed a lot of the white of my eyes. Dr Regil kept telling me to pull the skin and massage it , he also advised try to close and open my eyes tight to see if condition improved. Well it didn’t so he injected a little bit of Botox to relax the muscles that were causing the pulling down of my eyes. As a result of the lower eyelid surgery I developed depression and anxiety. I dealt with depression for about 5 years until I decided to get profesional mental help. It been 12 years since my surgery and I’ve come a long way but its never been the same. 4 years ago I got under eye filler and the sunken look improved, but filler effect disappeared in less than 1 year. Two years ago I got fat transfer to my lower eye lid area. The procedure also improved my look provided some under eye support and gave me a smooth transition from lower eye lid to cheek. At this time I am finally ready to proceed with revision Surgery to fix my eyes and am very hopeful that this doctor can help me. He is a specialist in eye lid surgery and has more than 20 years experience doing this type of surgery and has treated many patients with the same issues I have. Any way I hope this helps someone.
Hola chicas aqui les dejo mi triste historia ... hace un año en Marzo fui y me opere con el dr. Alvarez Regil. Me hice la lipo. Yo soy bien asi como si sen van hacer ls cosas que se agan ya no me gusta esperar. Pues yo habia programado ya mi cirujia y ya me moria de ansias de que llegara ese dia. Pues cuando fui hacerme los examenes hable al dia siguiente me dijieron que tenia el hierro muy bajo pero que me pusiera injeciones de hierro y como era fin de semana el sabado y ya era y tardesita abrian asta el lunes. Cuando fui el lunes le dije ke me avia estado poniendo las inyecciones y que si no tenian algo mas cerca quieria operarme ya!!! Me dijieron que el doctor iva salir de viaje pero que ellos me avisaban. Pues no me hablaban y yo les hable me dinieron que si que ivan a traer enfermeras de otra clinica ya que ese dia no trabajan todas. Pues yo bien emocionada y toda pendeja dije si no importa. Pensando yo obvio van a traer a enfermeras que saben osea claro. Entonces llego mi dia yo bien contenta ya me queria ver bien mamasota tenia 5 meses de aliviarme todavia no perdia toda mi panda pero mi embarzo subi mucho de peso y estaba traumada de estar gorda. Pues creo que eso ya era un factor de principio que mi piel no estaba lista. Bueno al momento que me acostaron en la camilla y para comenzarme a poner suero las enfermeras me picaron varias veces porque no podian. Pero dije no pasa nada ya al sexto piquete lo lograron ponerme el suero. Llego un muchacho kien dijo que era el (nose como se llama ) el que te seda para que te duermas. Pues como que me entro pokitos nervios y comense hablar con el le decia cuideme tengo una cuatitas y un niño de 5 meses que me esperan en mi casa y mi marido. Y comenso a moverle alli a la makina y comenso a el platicar con las enfermeras y decia esta makina es diferente a la que yo uso. (Osea el no era quien siempre iva con el doc) Entro una enfermera y le dice kiere que le prenda el oxigeno y el le reponde pense que ya estaba prendido. Y yo asi de que chingados estoy haciendo pero decia chingue su si ya estoy aki pues que sea lo que dios kiera. Y le pregunto para calmarme yo esta todo bien y me dice el si va ser devolada porque traes baja nose que (no recuerdo) y no trabajaran en la espalda alta so no te preocupes. Yo habia pagado para espalda alta y baja y debajo del sobaco y pos claro enfrente. Pero como soy bien necia dije ah que tiene no es como si estubiera muy espaldona. No me importaba yo nomas queria que ya me la hicieran. Yose estaba mal pero asi soy bien pendeja. Bueno ya no volvi a ver al doctor ni al cirujano Dr. Alvarez me operaron y ya me desperte y cuando llegue a mi casa me kite las vendas keria ver los resultados me mire que traia todo el estomago morado. Cuando regrese el doctor lo vi nomas una vez porque se fue de viaje. Mi estomago en vez de mejorar empioraba y las enfermeras decian que era normal. Yo no aguantaba el dolor y deje de ir alli y comenze a ir a una clinica dnde tratan quemaduras. Porque me dio una calentura y me dio vertigo fui al hospital aki en el paso y me kerian cortar y raspar el estomago y decian que me ivan a cortar un cacho de piel de mi pierna para ponerme en el estomago. Fui a un hospital aki cerca de mi casa y me llevaron en ambulancia de urgente al umc thomason yllegue y me querian operar de emegencias pero no me deje me dio mucho miedo. Les dije que me dieran mejor medicamento primero y si no me deje. Pues me dieron un buen medicamento para infeccion que me ayudo. Segui a juarez con el doctor de la sheridas comenze a ver que me estaba funcionando . Me kitaron la cascara con una navaja y me raspaban con la navaja. Y era muy doloroso. Mi niño todavia era de brazos so me lastimaba acada rato me la mantenia tomando pastillas de dolor muy muy fuerte y habeses no me hacian. Mi marido me regañaba me decia estabas bien Maria para que fuiste. Y me comenze a deprimirme mucho me dava verguenza que me abrazaba porque se sentia la cicatriz tan grueza y sentia que el como que le dava cosa. Yo todos los dias me la miraba y le decia se ve mejor verdad queria oir que me dijiera si bb vas mejorando. Esas palabras son las que me asian fuerte. Mi amiga se avia operado con el mismo dias antes y quedo igual y como a las 10 mese me dijo olles fui con el doctor y me arreglo el estomgo me quito poco de l cicatriz y yo asi de omg que padre. Si muchachas el mismo que me desgracio. Pues hice una cita y alli voy de nuevo toda pendeja gracias a dios si me kito la cicatriz horrible que tenia y me corto ahora tengo la linea mas chueca pero poco a pokito se me va kitando la cicatriz me pienzo poner un tatuaje para que me la tape. Yo queria ponerme blusas cortas hoy no puedo tal vez mas adelante cuando me ponga el tatuaje. El Doctor Alvarez Regil segun el dr de la clinica de heridas me digo que Alvarez Regil es unos de los mejores cirujanos de Juarez. Que no lo podia creer. So deja les cuento lo que pienso que paso el doctor se fue de viaje ese dia y alguien mas me opero y nunca supe quien era. Y todo el staff que estaba alli era de otra clinica asta el que te duerme. Pero gracias a dios ya eatoy bien. Hay les dejo unas fotos de como empeze y la sufri por 4 meses porque dure cuatro mese para que me cerrar la quemada. Y otro mes para la segunda cirugia.
My experience with doctor regil was something I would not want anyone to go thru ... Dr regil was very unprofessional I got a breast augmentation on March 31st that resulted in a nightmare he inserted 700ccs tru my areola and resulted in me losing half of my areola due to his bad work I clearly stated to him I was a heavy smoker, I am 23 years old he said it was fine and did my surgery the next day .. Instead of owning up to his bad work he blamed the cigarette and stated it was a sign from god to stop smoking are you kidding me if he’s such s religious man why would he do this to me clearly doesn’t know what he’s doing please think twice before going with this doctor he offered to re do them but I could not risk loosing anymore areola went to dr Reynolds in El Paso where he fixed them and I ended up paying 9 gs to do so dr regil refused to reimburse me the 3 thousand I payed him he’s a crook be aware ladies
So I've been on this page for a few months now and I'm getting closer to my surgery date...a little history I was really over weight (had twins) and doctor told me I was board line diabetic so I started going to the gym started using Herbalife and dropped 70lbs in 6 months...with twins (8yrs old now)I had csection and then FUPA never left....lost 70lbs and of course I get pregnant happens every time lol...had my last baby feb 2016 (csection) only gained 35lbs i dropped the weight fast using Herbalife and working out...now that I'm done having kids I'm ready to get this tummy tucked...I will be traveling to Juarez Mexico it's right down the street and having surgery done...everybody that I asked about surgery there recommend Dr.Angel Alvarez...so I went to consult with my friend she speaks Spanish and knows her way around....consult was $50 he did consult on my entire body lol it was weird but not bad...I was just wanting tummy tuck but the tummy tuck and BBL was $5500 so I was thinking about doing that but couldn't save enough money and I refuse to take out loan so I'll just be getting TT....I go back tomorrow for blood work($65) and I'll be going to my doctor to get pain meds because they don't give them over there....I'll post pictures of my weight loss journey and my ugly belly lol....I'm 5'9 I weighed 206 at consult(mar 16) he wanted me to lose 5lbs before surgery...I now weigh 188 and I still 2 weeks to drop some more weight Updated on 7 Jun 2017: Haven't purchased anything so drop a few thing u found useful Updated on 14 Jun 2017: Going back tomorrow for blood work they didn't tell me not to eat before going lol so I'll be going over early in the morning so I won't be starving...I've lost 3lbs since I first updated aiming to lose at least 5 more before surgery Updated on 15 Jun 2017: Well I didn't get labs today had my baby girl so I called and they said I can do them when I come in for my preop on the 6/20 at 8am and surgery is 6/22 at 8am ???????????? I got up this morning with the help of my mom can't get by myself but once she helped me up I was on the move. Washed my face, brushed my teeth,made myself a Herbalife tea (gotta get back on track). I don't why I got on the scale but I did I weighed 192 morning of surgery with clothes on and 187.8 today with swelling and fluids so I guess I'm on track. Also my drain site started to leak is that normal I'm not draining much at all Updated on 28 Jun 2017: Hope they come out today...I was able to get out the bed by myself today so progress is real Updated on 30 Jun 2017: Yesterday I went out with my mom shopping felt good my back was killing me tho but once I held on to my daughter stroller I was feeling better.
