Dr. Freel is very personable. I've always felt completely comfortable with him and confident in his ability and expertise. From initial consult to post op, I never experienced any miscommunication, missed step, or dismissed request by anyone. I did not ever have a long wait nor feel rushed at any point. My procedure was executed flawlessly by everyone involved - including Dr. Freel, anesthesia, nurses, and other staff. My pre op and post op information was very thorough, and any questions I asked were answered completely and concisely by any member of the team. I am thrilled with my results and absolutely recommend Dr. Freel and staff to anyone considering a procedure.

Dr. Freel is a wonderful surgeon in all of the ways that matter to me as a patient. He is kind and compassionate. He listens and he shows genuine concern towards the reason I felt I needed cosmetic surgery. During each appointment he projected the highest professionalism. I found him to be meticulous in attempting to achieve the outcome I was hoping to have with my surgery.

Dr Freel is an amazing surgeon, and a very kind and compassionate person. I felt very comfortable discussing my needs with him and never felt hurried. The office staff is friendly and helpful. I saw Dr. Freel to revise a scar I had as a result of an accident. After the accident I was convinced my face was ruined forever. I asked quite a few people for recommendations and Dr. Freel was recommended to me by several people who work in the medical community. From the moment I walked into the office I felt at ease with them and knew I could trust them. During the procedure Dr. Freel was very particular about making sure everything was done "just right" and that each stitch was perfect to receive the optimum outcome. He took his time during our appointments and I never felt rushed. He was careful to answer all my many questions and he also called to check and see how I was doing after the revision. At my annual check up, even my General Practitioner was impressed with his work and remarked on how good it looked. I couldn't be more happy. I am less than two months out from the revision and it looks better everyday.

I had a very positive experience with Dr. Freel for my breast reduction preparation and procedure. For almost ten years I had contemplated having it done, but was scared to do it. His calming demeanor got me through it all.

Dr. Freel has the absolute amazing gift of knowing what his patients need, all while granting them the desires of their heart. Before selecting Dr. Freel, I'd gone on a number of consultations with other surgeons both local and away. Dr. Freel gave me a sense of comfort that I'd not sensed from the others. He took the time to listen to my vision, allowed me to explain to him my concerns, and directed me as to what was a realistic outcome. I never felt belittled for my lack of knowledge in some areas nor did he dismiss my desires in an effort to show me that he was superior - as some doctors had shown. For round 1 of my surgeries I had a tummy tuck and breast lift. Round 2 consisted of an extension to the tummy tuck, back lift, implants, and skin removal under my arms. I was so impressed with Dr. Freel from consult to the "final" appointment. I use the term final in abstract terms because I know that if I have any issues in the future, I can always call on him. I even sent my mom to him to have her arms done! Oh, and the staff is incredibly helpful, kind, and available. I would [and have], without hesitation, recommend Dr. Freel to anyone seeking genuine, talented, personable, trustworthy and customer/client/patient-centered care!!

I am a young professional who wanted a breast augmentation because I barely had breasts. I went to Dr. Freel who made me feel extremely comfortable. He allowed me to choose the size I was comfortable with and his entire nursing staff was so attentive and helpful. The surgery itself was a breeze with no postop complications. I had my breast augmentation done this past April. As a nurse I always look to fellow nurses for doctor recommendations, and Dr. Freel was recommended to me. He has an amazing bedside manner and is very knowledgeable and professional. After my consultation I knew he was the right doctor. I absolutely love my results. They could not be any more perfect. I appreciated the fact that he was very realistic as to what I should expect. Since I'm a very thin person I was told by his staff I may experience a lot of pain. While I was uncomfortable post op I can honestly say it wasn't painful. I attribute that to Dr. Freel's skill and expertise. I have recommended to him to all my friends! I would do it all over again!!

I went to Dr. Freel after a recommendation by another surgeon. From the moment I met with him, I knew he was my surgeon . I cannot speak enough wonderful things about Dr. Freel. He has wonderful bedside manner, very professional, and never rushed me out of his office. Dr. Freel and his nurse Erin are amazing. Any worries that I had about my breast lift and full tummy tuck were put at ease with these two. Dr. Freel's bedside manner is top notch! They go above and beyond to make to you feel comfortable. Front desk was always friendly and helpful. And I am over the moon about my end results.
