Many physicians have different ways of removing moles (shaving, electrocautery, lasers). In your particular case, I would suggest laser removal. Especially since it's on your face, lasers have less of a chance of scarring. Commonly a CO2 laser can be used, as it slowly shaves down the skin layer by layer. This is a very controlled way of removal so you can get right flush to the rest of the skin.

You can never guarantee that it won't grow back, as you wouldn't want to over treat and have the opposite effect of leaving a divot behind. But the chances of it growing back are very minimal.

A "lip flip" is an injection along the top lip to weaken the muscle to create a more "curved" look. It is not done with filler, but instead a neuromodulator (Botox, Dysport, Xeomin).

It is different as a lip flip relaxes the muscle on the upper lip, where fillers actually fill the area and replace lost volume.

Placing filler above in the cheek would hide it slightly, but if the physician used traditional HA (hyaluronic acid) filler, then you do also have the option to have it dissolved. The product to dissolve is called hyaluronidase, which is an enzyme that would break down the filler in 2-5 days.

Dermal fillers for lip augmentation can migrate over time from the body of the lip to the area above the lip. This can cause it to looked swollen or puffy and contribute to that "ducky" look we want to avoid. Your injector may decide that they need to dissolve some of that migrated filler. You may also have too much filler in a particular area of the lip, and if you are looking for a specific look, your injector may need to dissolve that. An enzyme solution called hyaluronidase, which breaks down hyaluronic acid, is injected into the area and will take effect very quickly. Within about 24 hours you would see the results. Most injectors who do this will have you come for the hyaluronidase injections first, then wait anywhere from 2 days to a week to proceed with a dermal filler injection. If they feel they can get the desired effect you are looking for without dissolving any previous filler, then you would just proceed with filler treatment.

Since Botox comes in a variety of different sized bottles (50-200 units), it is very common to use the same bottle a few times. As many people do not get up to 50 units to use the entire bottle. As long as they are using a new syringe each time they pull out the Botox and the lid is on once they are done it should be fine.
