Hello Sarah, thank you for the side view images you have provided. You have correctly identified that some chin fillers and some placed in the upper cheeks and/or undereye areas will be beneficial. I get the impression that your tear troughs/dark circles may need some correction. A front view image would help in assessing this. Hi. Firstly, a little more information would assist in providing the best answer here. In particular if you have previously undergone some lip enhancement, volumes used and what your starting lip volume was. The wish picture shows a very full set of lips. This is a look that my clients would attain over several months and several syringes. In terms of the shaping, this is best thought of as follows: Lip dermal fillers will bring out more of the shape you already have. A little selective volumisation in certain areas is possible eg. Cupids bow or top vs bottom lip, but on the whole, you will simply get more of what you already have by undergoing this treatment. I trust you already understand the importance is seeking the advice and expertise of a well experienced medical practitioner in working towards your lip goals. Hi Stacy, the sagging skin you have indicated can be helped in a number of effective ways. We can divide these into Direct and Indirect Methods. Here are a few you could consider, leaving out the more invasive ones you wish to avoid. Direct: HIFU and RF Skin tightening eg. 3D Lipomed and others, Micro-needling, IPL/Laser rejuvenation; Threadlift e.g. Silhouette Soft, PDO-Lift. These are some techniques which would aim to use heat and friction to stimulate collagen production in the loose tissues and gradually (read slowly) provide some lift. In the case of the threads, the support is literal and results are more immediate.Indirect: Dermal fillers to correct the mid face volume loss you demonstrate in the pictures. In essence this is providing lift and support from above. You would do well to explore a combined approach using both direct and indirect methods. An individual consultation with an experienced aesthetic practitioner is essential and make sure to see some examples of their past work and reviews.
