I felt inspired to leave a review here on RS because I saw the other negative review and had to pipe up with my own experience, as an American who has undergone several procedures with Dr. Andres - and am beyond satisfied. I'm not trying to negate the validity of someone else's experience but I feel it's only fair to also offer a positive experience as Dr. Andres and his lovely assistant Alice were beyond talented, competent and caring by my estimation. I traveled to Barcelona (he's based out of Moscow but operates in Barcelona 2-3x yearly) in May 2024 (7.5 months ago) and had several procedures done with Dr. Andres Viera Sanchez. I was struggling with a lot of residual fibrosis from a previous BBL, and wanted improvement on the shape of my buttocks, along with a narrower waist. We ended up doing his Ribmold procedure, using the Kudzaov method, where the ribs are fractured and permanently heal into a narrower shape with the help of a post-operative corset, designed and distributed by the man who invented the procedure. We also performed a secondary liposuction/BBL, buttock implants, and breast implant replacement with the B-Lite Breast Implants from Germany (upgrading to a larger size than my previous set - from 375cc to 545cc). I'm now 7.5 months out and could not be happier with my outcome. The fibrosis has been 90% resolved, thanks to Dr. Andres breaking it down both on the table and with his post-op laser treatments (ABSOLUTELY worth the money!) along with Alice's massage technique. The healing was a far easier experience than my first procedure. The breast implants are soft, and I get many compliments on them daily (yes - I'm an exotic dancer and find myself recommending Dr. Andres almost daily to female customers and other dancers as they get a lot of positive attention). The buttock implants healed far more easily than I had expected, and feel like a natural part of my body, along with looking amazing. I was able to achieve a 2.5" reduction on my waist, from the rib-remodeling procedure, which is stable and measured after removing my corset for good. Not only is he an incredibly gifted surgeon, but Dr. Andres is an extraordinary caring man who really does care about his patients and treats you like family - I saw him basically daily for post-op check-ups, had access to he and his team via WhatsApp and felt completely safe and well cared for. I'm sorry the other patient had a negative experience or felt that the procedure wasn't worth it, but it needs to be emphasized that because of the nature of the rib-mold, the corset has to be worn constantly for 3 months, excluding a once weekly power (get used to sponge bathing till the ribs set). The patient really needs to adhere to the post-op protocol to get the most out of it, and even then, in the age of so much body-altering imagery online, we all need to be conscious that the body does have its limits - I feel it was worth it to be because you will get a decrease but you also need to bear in mind that the organs, muscles and such present a natural boundary for just how slim our individual anatomy can get. I consider Dr. Andres and Alice friends, now that I'm 7 months out, and am just trying to not cook up additional reasons to go back for more because I had so much fun with them - my body is fully healed, stable and phonemal looking, and now the rest of the work is on me to just maintain it with a healthy, active lifestyle and conscientious diet. I'm eternally grateful to them both for helping me come to the other side of my surgery journey, and overcome a difficult first surgery with another surgeon that left some unfavorable results. If you choose to operate with Dr. Andres, you're in great hands - I've worked with several surgeons on face and body now and Dr. Andres is at the top of my list, both in terms of skill and post-operative care. They haven't paid me, or even asked me to leave this, I just felt so moved because I would hate to have the only experience shared here a negative one, when my experience with he and his team was overwhelmingly positive...most of Dr. Andre's clients are international and thus don't really use RS much but if anyone has any questions, feel free to comment and I'll gladly answer.
Andres Viera Sanchez Waist Surgery – In My Opinion, It's a Total Scam I would like to share my personal experience with Dr. Andres Viera Sanchez. This year, I underwent a waist reduction surgery with him, and honestly, it feels like a total scam. There are no visible results—it’s like throwing money down the drain. My intention here isn’t to slander the doctor but to provide an honest opinion, especially since there’s barely any information about him online. Everything you see is on Instagram, and as we all know, it’s easy to manipulate information there. Additionally, the doctor’s prices are outrageously high: €8,000 for breast augmentation, €9,000 for buttock surgery—this is 2-3 times more than what other surgeons charge, even those with thousands of successful procedures under their belts. Dr. Sanchez claims to have performed over 1,700 surgeries, yet there are no reviews, ratings, or credible feedback available anywhere. Looking back now, there were so many red flags I ignored, and I regret not paying closer attention. Ultimately, whether or not you decide to proceed with surgery is your choice, but be aware that it could cost you a significant amount of money for unsatisfactory results. I also want to mention the poor post-operative care provided by his team. They supply ill-fitting corsets that aren’t appropriate for the type of surgery performed.
