I was a perky A cup then and had twins and breastfed them for two years! After that they were very deflated and small, but didn't sag too much. I wanted a very natural sag and look to them so my doctor put in high profile, 345 ccs under the muscle in both breasts. I'm 5'2 and athletic, around 125 lbs. I hope to be a full c by the time I heal! Updated on 10 Jun 2020: So here’s some new pics for you all. I wanted to make these reviews cause there’s not much on Dr. McNab here but she’s amazing! I told her I wanted to be at most a C and left the sizing up to her. This size is perfect and natural for me and on top of that I didn’t need to take my meds (besides antibiotics) after the first day! For all the mamas out there it just feels like your breasts are engorged with milk all day. Updated on 14 Jun 2020: Didn’t think I’d have to add this but here goes! I only went in for a breast augmentation. Just putting in silicone implants; not nipple alignment or a breast lift. My nipples naturally favor the sides, and I’m not concerned about that in the slightest. I didn’t come on here to have my nipple placement criticized, just to share my implant experience :). If you “know a good boob job when you see one” maybe you should try being going to school to be a plastic surgeon, if not- you probably don’t. Updated on 20 Jun 2020: Not too much has changed so I’m not posting a dropping picture but my scars are already healing SO nicely! Dr. McNab cleared me to start massaging and assured me that I’m on the right track. I’ve included pictures of my scars- and as the scabs fall off they’re looking so nice and precise! I’m obsessed! Two weeks have flown by. Could not recommend this doctor enough. Updated on 3 Jul 2020: Little update for y’all! They’re dropping more and more every week & I’m not experiencing any pain. Not sure if I noted this previously but i only took muscle relaxers and norcos on the first two days. I haven’t really put on a real bra to wear, but I tried on my old pregnancy bras which are a 32C and they fit SO well! Might even be a little bit small to be honest but I know VS runs small anyway. I’m obsessed and am absolutely loving them! I feel very proportionate as far as my overall size goes. This is exactly what I wanted, can’t wait for the fluffing process. Right now they’re soft but I can definitely tell the muscle underneath is what’s on the firmer side. Updated on 30 Jul 2020: I’m in love! They feel so great and the drop and fluff process is coming along nicely. Haven’t started working out yet- just hikes and light jogging. I’m waiting until at least 6 months to begin lifting. No underwire bras for me just yet - not that I need anything but pasties at the moment. I’m obsessed with the size as well, and they’re getting squishier and more natural as each week goes by. Just waiting for them to bottom out and fluff more. Thanks
I'm 5'9 175#. I run 4-5x per week and eat very clean. Also lift weights 4-5x/week. I have tried all sorts of various non-invasive treatments including cool sculpting and sculpture. Nothing has worked. I've spent over $10,000 on these treatments to know avail. I've remained with a small amount of fat above my pubic area that I could just not get rid of. I finally decided to undergo tumescent liposuction I had it done yesterday under local anesthesia. I was given one Xanax pill and some Tylenol and everything was done by local lidocaine. The procedure itselfWas not significantly painful rather I joked during the procedure that it felt somewhat like a massage. They were 2 to 3 times a week I feel a small twinge of pain but overall it was quite relaxing. I suspect that was likely because of the Xanax. After the procedure I had no pain for several hours I did have drainage from the incision sites. Later that evening as the lidocaine wore off I started to feel a moderate amount of pain that was resolved with Tylenol. This morning when I woke up there was some bruising in a little bit of discharge on the bandages. I have no significant pain is not required any pain medication. I will continue to update as the days progress. Updated on 21 Feb 2020: I’m still not very sore. There is some pretty significant bruising. Not much swelling. No pain meds. I can actually exercise if I wanted but will hold off per docs orders
This pic is 4 months post op. On top of a poor Breast Aug, it has been a terrible experience BEFORE and AFTER What I had done: Repair and replace (ruptured implant) + a lift #1- After several consults I chose Dr McNab as she seemed like a great doctor. My consult was in the Thousand Oaks office. Upon getting a price I asked if I could go to a facility closer to my house and was told that it is not an option. That was a lie, as I later found out that I could get this done in encino (a lot closer to my house). I assume that there is some incentive to the facility to keep me in that location #2- Day of surgery. At the facility at 5am. An hour away from home. Arranged child care. Took a day off work. My husband took a day off work. I went to the facility and got into a gown, put an IV needle in my arm... and was told they had to cancel the surgery because they didnt have implants in the office. ON TOP OF It being a horrific costly experience the facility didnt do offer any sort of credit or make good on the situation. The manager (Sandy) was the ONLY reason I didn't go ballistic as she felt so bad and was so apologetic that I almost felt worse for her. She single-handedly tried to make things better. I am still completely shocked that the doctor did NOTHING. They didn't offer to compensate for the time off work or wasted day of child care cost..etc. NOTHING. Just offered to reschedule my surgery #3- Rescheduled Surgery day went well. The anesthesiologist was wonderful and made me comfortable. However after 4 months I noticed that my breasts were actually MORE saggy than BEFORE surgery. The doctor made my implant smaller (which I requested) but did not remove enough skin during the lift so they essentially have a tennis ball in a sock type of look. #4- I went to do the doctor to see if they would fix it. She agreed they didnt look good. She agreed they are sagging, and asymmetrical. She said it would be a new procedure. I would have to pay for a lift AGAIN to correct them. All in all - I have wasted money and will ultimately have to pay a new surgeon to do the job right.
Voluma is a thick filler that targets more of a "lifting" effect onto the cheekbones and that is its primary function. Juvederm is more of a utility filler (medium thickness) that can be used in multiple different areas of the face. Voluma has been shown to last longer which accounts for some of its higher price. Needless to say, not all fillers are equal! Be sure to visit an experienced injector for the best and most personalized advice.
