Dr. Dempsey is so wonderful and caring. She is very through in her work. Expertly explains the procedure, what I could expect during the treatment. We discussed realistic goals and what I expected to see as the results of my treatment. I had read so many reviews of how painful Ultherapy was, but that was not my experience. Yes, it was not a comfortable treatment, but I never felt that it wasn’t something I couldn’t handle. I can’t wait to see the results in two to three months. I will see if I can get my before picture and attach it when I go in for my follow up. I would never go to anyone else. Dr. Dempsey and DermaBella Spa in Las Vegas are the best. Updated on 17 Sep 2018: I recently had the Ultherapy treatment. I had spoken to my ophthalmologist about an eye lift, but she advised me that I needed a brow lift, not an eye lift. One treatment and six weeks later there was a noticeable lift in my eyelids! This has worked for me! Dr. Dempsey and her aesthetician Cathy Shinn are the best!

I was extremely nervous about getting any injectables and thought about it for about a year before pulling the trigger. Dr. Dempsey made the whole experience less scary and did not try to sell me every procedure under the sun. She really made me feel better about myself and suggested making only minor enhancements. The cheek fillers are awesome! I couldn’t have had a better first time experience!

Dr. Dempsey was my third go round with injections. My first two cost me 2 thousand dollars and left me very unhappy. Unhappy enough to try one more time. I explained what I was given by the first two injectors. Lo and behold, she explained to me why those fillers were not right for my face. She said that Radiesse would be best for me and explained why. I was so at ease with her. She is a very kind and compassionate woman. I got the Radiesse and Xemomin. She injected more towards the front of my cheeks saying that would fill out my smile lines. I hardly bruised at all, have to put that out there as that is a big deterrent for me. It has been two weeks now. I waited to be sure that it was filling as it appeared to be. And, YES!!! I finally got the results I wanted. My friends all say I look so much younger. They way she did my injections is so different, bring fullness back. I have gotten injections over the years, this is the first time I walk around feeling happy and restored. Thank you, Dr. Dempsey. I look now how I feel! I really appreciate you!!

I wanted to feel better about my abdomen area. I did not want to have any kind of downtime and I loved how CoolSculpting has no downtime with it. It does not hurt, the next day it did feel like I had worked out at the gym. Other then that I felt fine. I would highly recommend having this treatment done if you are looking for no down time! You wont regret it!

Dr. Dempsey and Cathy Shinn are fabulous! I've had many treatments from fillers to laser. Dr. Dempsey is extremely sensitive to your needs and works to achieve the results expected. I highly recommend using DermaBella.

I have been a patient of Dr. Dempsey for a few years as my doctor and absolutely loved her as my doctor but I was going elsewhere for a little botox and fillers when needed. I recently decided to try Dr. Dempsey and get her advice on what she thought would be good for my face and she recommended Sculptra and some Botox for this visit. I felt very comfortable with her what she was suggesting and didn't feel like she was trying to "sell" me but wanted to make me happy with this procedure which I was. I am so happy I put my face in her capable hands and I plan on going back to Dr. Dempsey when I need any other treatments.

Dr. Andrea Dempsey has used many different injectable on my face each for a specific area. I am extremely pleased with the results! I had filler in my cheeks, lips and for head. There was very little discomfort during the procedures and after. There was almost no bruising or down time. I would recommend Dr. Dempsey to anyone, and I have!
