Hi there. If you lost your aligner then try to get to the next one now.  If you don't have it with you - then call your dental office to try to get it early.  If you have it but you can't get it on your teeth, then try to go back to your previous aligners to hold you teeth in that position.  Your dentist can order you another set of the ones from Invisalign.  Good luck.

Invisalign would be my recommendation.  Your teeth have a nice shape and contour.  Plus they don't look discoloured.  Invisalign would be the most conservation option. The quickest but most agressive option would be to veneer/crown the majority of your teeth.  With the degree of misalignment that you have - you may need a few root canal treatments to obtain acceptable esthetics.  Please get a consultation with an experienced cosmetic dentist to get all your options.  Good luck!

If the tooth that looks "chipped" is your chief complaint - I would recommend doing 4 veneers on your upper incisors.  This would make a significant difference on how straight your teeth will look.  This will not address your anterior open bite.  You would need a more comprehensive treatment plan to address your bite issues.  But if you have no complaints with jaw problems or being able to function with your bite relationship - then 4 veneers is a good esthetic plan.  Good luck.

Hi there.  Yes your veneer can be polished more to get a high shine.  But unfortunately the colour is probably going to stay the same.  The stain gets baked on in a porcelain oven in the laboratory before it come back to the dentist.  Once the stain is removed and the core shows through - there isn't a way to put the colour back on the porcelain permanently without taking it out of the mouth.  Try wearing it for a few weeks, you may stop noticing it too.  Good luck!

In the last few years, Invisalign can do many orthodontic movements that it couldn't do in the past - including bringing down high canines.  If you see an dentist that is very experienced in Invisalign - some other adjucts can be help bring down a high canine (button, elastics etc) while still wearing clear aligners.  The only thing is that you will probably have to pay again for doing a Full Invisalign case on top of your braces fee.  It can be done - just keep looking for a dentist that is experienced enough with Invisalign to do it.  Good luck!
