I had a great experience with Dr Andrea, I went through MYA (in hindsight I would avoid this company), but he only worked through them in the UK. From the beginning, he was very open and honest about what he could achieve and what I could potentially expect, I never had a specific image in my mind of what my nose would look like as he explained patients can be disappointed if their results differ. I am so pleased with my results, it's exactly what I hoped it would be like. I have not had any long-lasting issues/concerns (except a buried stitch which eventually came out and sorted itself out). Would definitely recommend.
Dr Giannitrapani, I cannot thank this amazing person enough, the nicest most caring and compassionate doctor/surgeon ever. Yes Dr Giannitrapani is paid to do a job but my god his people skills are second to none. I felt so calm on day of surgery, I had complete trust in him that my surgery would go well, and it absolutely did. Such a friendly and caring man, with a lovely manner and soft ways he really makes you feel at ease throughout the whole process. It is important to note, he gives you real expectations "you're going to look a better version of yourself" no false promises that you'll wake up looking like Megan fox or another celebrity crush you may have. I had Rhinoplasty less than a week ago ... the results are amazing, after surgery he showed me a picture of my nose and I was blown away, I couldn't believe it, my dream come true. Surgery was carried out at Mya- Fitzroy London, my experience was incredible from start to finish, my allocated nurse was Esther, what an amazing woman, so compassionate, non judgemental, kind caring and most importantly a "mother figure" which is everything you want and need after surgery! Esther made me feel so comfortable from start to finish, she reassured me throughout the day, she really made me feel so looked after under her watch, such a warm energy with a big smile and huge personality. I couldn't have wished for two better people to take care of me on this journey, I am forever grateful. Thank you Gianni and Esther xx
I had followed Dr Andrea Giannitrapani for quite some time on social media as I absolutely loved his work. I have hated my nose since the age of around 11, I will be 30 next year and finally plucked up the courage to change it. I had a few consultations booked with other surgeons who people had recommended, Dr Andrea was the first consultation I went to and I knew right away he was the surgeon for me. I cancelled the others. He was so friendly and straight to the point he told me he couldn’t give me the perfect nose as it doesn’t exist but he could make my nose smaller for sure. I liked this approach, as a hairdresser myself I felt it was similar with people having expectations of how they wanted their hair to look, and we can only work with what we have! I have no idea what the perfect nose is but I know what I disliked about mine, before I even told him he pointed out the 3 areas that needed improvement and those were the areas I agreed, that in itself filled me with confidence that he had the same idea in his head as I had in mine! I only had the surgery yesterday so I am waiting to see the final result. I was completely looked after from start to finish and I have no fears whatever about my nose I know he will have done a wonderful job the man is a genius. Thank you.
I can’t recommend Dr Giannitrapani enough. There isn’t enough reviews on real self to do his work justice but Instagram has hundreds of his patients and their journeys on there! He is such a friendly surgeon with humour and expertise. I cannot fault my experience and I had complete faith in this surgeon as he knew exactly what was wrong with my nose before even touching it! I trusted him in that he would give me a natural result and that it would suit my face. He achieved just that and I cannot thank him enough for changing my life. Thankyou Dr Giannitrapani!! Recommend for open surgery rhinoplastys, gave me exactly what I wanted more definition in my tip which was bulbous before and a slight more arch in the bridge. Nose now looks much more feminine and suited to my face, had to go through MYA to use him as a surgeon in the UK, would say the care from them is bog standard for the amount you pay. He will not give you an extreme request but will do what will harmonise your features for most natural and beautiful results, if you are after a doll like look or middle eastern go elsewhere. Done at London, MYA Fitzroy clinic.
Amazing surgeon! I had septoplasty and alar base reduction with Dr Andrea, his work is very precise and prestige. He is an honest man and will give you realistic expectations saying he can’t give you the perfect nose, but he’s wrong because he has honestly changed my life by the nose he has given me. An absolute gem to speak too, caring and understanding of your wants and needs. I have already recommended him to my friend who is booked in for a consultation with him for rhinoplasty.
I had always felt bad about my nose. In my esrly teens I broke it a few times, had it pierced by a friend on both sides and the odd shape of the tip made me very self conscious and I hated the way I looked. I had a collapsed nostril and deviated septum too. I couldnt breathe properly and had a post nasal drip due to all the damage. For years I took being called names by hurtful people and kind of just learned to either laugh along or ignore it. I did years of research and after a bad visit with Transform, the UKs most renowned company, I visited MYA who were excellent frm the start. After my initial meeting I knew I wanted to get my procedure done with them. My patient co-ordinator Katy is very nice and made me feel welcome and at ease. I got the appointment to meet the Doctor and when we met I felt relaxed, he was brilliant. He is a charming man who is very polite and has a nice attitude. I think he is Italian and is a little hard to understand but he drew me pictures of what he felt he could improve after listening to what I would like to change. I booked the surgery and it quickly came to the day. The hospital was in Preston and was called First Trust. The staff at the hospital are absolutely brilliant. Everyone was so nice, the anesthetist and his team all came and introduced themselves and were so welcoming as were the nursing staff. I was a little nervous but the team made sure any anxieties I had quickly went away. The surgery took around 3 hours and I was allowed to go home the same day. I have an instagram account if you would like to see my journey. My name is anjs_rhinoplasty. If anyone has any questions or would like more info please get in touch I am happy to help. That's why I created these accounts, to help others. I wish Id have had this done sooner instead of waiting until my late 30s thats the only bad thing I have to say.
I have been thinking long time before having the tummy tack. As a nurse i was quite aware of the severe post surgery complication and this was holding me back. I had so many consultation but no one of the surgeon made me feel comfortable. I couldn't cope anymore with my sagging tummy so i decided to have the last try and booked an appointment at Surgicare with Mr Giannitrapani. The outcome of the consultation was very positive. In my job i am dealing with many surgeons and i have a lot of experience in assessing their skills and performance. During the consultation with Mr Giannitrapani i realized that he was very skilled and confident in his job. I was not wrong. I had the tummy tack the 07/04/14 and everything went absolutely fine. I am very happy of the outcome. I recommend him.

But before kids I was a full c cup ( also weighed a bit more ) I breastfed all 3 ( ages 5,4 and 1 years old ) and it took its toll after pregnancy I also naturally lost a lot of weight after each baby so my boobs were left non existent.
