After seeing her expertise in this area and the impressive before-and-after examples of her work, I decided to book a consultation. Anca carried out a Lipoma Removal of a 3cm cyst on my face in August 2025. The pre op discussions were really helpful and made sure I knew what was going to happen and what to expect during recovery. The op itself was painless and I felt really well looked after. I only required local anaesthetic and Anca and her nurse were more than happy to answer questions as they worked. The after care was incredible. Regular visits to check in the progress of the healing and they taught me techniques to help reduce scarring. The result.... People aren't even really aware I've had any surgery at all. I can't thank Anca and her team enough. I'd been self conscious and worried about the lump on my face, but l couldn't have wished for a better outcome or a better team to take care of

Dr Breahna was amazing start to finish. I had breast implants 9 years ago with a different company and due to a mix of bad surgery/improper aftercare instructions, I was left with waterfall deformity after just 6 months. I finally felt ready to go through with revision surgery this year. Miss Breahna and her patient coordinator Joedy both put me at ease instantly. They were helpful, patient, answered all my questions in-person, over email, and over the phone. Miss Breahna gave me realistic expectations over the look we would be able to achieve given what we were starting with. I had to have an explant, an uplift with slight reduction, and a smaller implant replacement. I am naturally a very anxious person but Miss Breahna, Joedy, and all the staff at the Nuffield Health in Chester were so kind and eased my worries. I felt in perfectly safe hands and they did everything they could to make me feel relaxed. I felt like Miss Breahna really listened to my concerns and I felt heard. The nurses were extremely attentive during my overnight stay and made sure I felt comfortable enough to call them at any time if I needed anything. I was checked on every 15 minutes then every 30 minutes. The food was great. My anaesthetist was also a woman which I loved as well, and she really calmed my nerves in the morning of the surgery where I’d expressed how anxious I was about being sick when I woke up, as that was my experience the first time around. She said she can administer anti-nausea medication just before I wake up so I don’t need to worry about that and I was very grateful. She must have done a wonderful job as I was only supposed to be out for 2 - 3 hours but the surgery took a lot longer and I was out for 5 hours altogether. I had zero sickness when I woke up however, and was happily eating a banana and a sandwich within half an hour as I’d woken up hungry! The aftercare has also been amazing. I saw Miss Breahna the morning after my surgery which was a Saturday. I then saw her again on the Monday, Thursday, and the Saturday that following week. After that it was once or twice a week until the 3-month period and now it’s not as often, but I know I can call/email/text if I have any concerns. I am over the moon with my results. They are better than I could have hoped for given what they looked like to begin with, and I am so much more confident than I was previously. My incisions are super neat and everything is symmetrical even though we had to take more off one breast than the other. I am very impressed with the work and how natural they look. I am extremely happy and would recommend Miss Breahna, Cheshire Cosmetic Surgery, and the Nuffield Health to anyone.

From the initial consultation to the procedure and follow up appointments I felt confident I was being cared for professionally by all the staff. When I first met Anca she went through potential options and the expected recovery and post op care required. She also professionally explained potential complications and the need of a follow up procedure may be required. Which I did need as we were not happy with the symmetry but again this was fully explained and the care continued. I chose to have the procedure under local anaesthetic and it went perfectly fine. I particularly liked the Taylor Swift playlist to put my nerves at ease and the nurse offered her hand to squeeze during the uncomfortable needles to numb the area. Following the care Anca called to ensure the recovery was going well and scheduled regular follow up appointments.
