Anca and her team were brilliant from start to finish. 100% professional. I was nervous when I arrived at the clinic but as soon as I met Anca I felt safe and relaxed. The consultation and the surgery was done with care and professionalism. I was given very clear instructions on what to do after surgery and had several after surgery checks.
Every engagement with Anca and her team has been a pleasure. The consultation gave me space to ask all the questions I needed, with easy communication for questions coming up between appointments. Nothing has gone unanswered or ignored. The surgery care was great, I was clear on what to expect and how to take care of myself for the best results.
Post surgery I have had regular check ups, can always reach out for advice and feel very at ease with the team.
