I recently had a wonderful experience with Dr. Kulak. I have always had a very narrow face, and had lost more volume since having kids and turning 30. After consulting with Dr. Kulak, she recommended Restylane filler for mid face volume and tear troughs. She made me feel comfortable during my procedure and I only had minimal discomfort afterwards and the next day. It’s been two weeks since my procedure and I’m thrilled with my results! I finally have cheeks again when I smile! I highly recommend Dr. Kulak!
Dr. Kulak and her staff made this a wonderful experience from beginning to the end. She was kind yet professional and explained the entire procedure. I couldn't be happier or more pleased with the outcome. There was a huge difference in my before and after pictures. My seven year old grandson even said to me "you look much younger" and that made my day. I highly recommend Dr. Kulak and Nicolitz Eye Consultants.
I could not have been more pleased with dr. Kulak! I felt completely comfortable and I knew I was in good hands. The whole procedure went well and I never suffered any discomfort! I was not even nervous as this was my first surgical procedure and I'm 71 years old. I attribute this 2 doctor kulak. I don't feel I could have been in better care, doctor kulak was amazing and I would highly recommend her to anyone who needed her services! I look forward 2 my next visit with her.
I am so pleased with my experience and results with Dr. Amy Kulak for eyelid/eyebrow surgery. She and her staff were excellent to work with, but best of all are the beautiful results. Dr. Kulak is a true artist/doctor. While she made my eyes look better/refreshed, she made them look like my natural eyes. I love the added expertise in taking into account eye function and dryness.
Dr. Kulak is amazing. She has a wonderful bedside manner and is very meticulous. Her calm demeanor is soothing. My eyelids had about 1 1/2 inches too much skin and drooped into my lashes. I was so sick of people telling me how tired I looked. My close friends say I look ten years younger. I think they are right. My peripheral vision has improved about 45%.
I had eyelid surgery on both of my eyes at Nicolitz Eye Consultants. Dr. Kulak is very talented and I love my results! She and her staff were very attentive and professional. I would highly recommend her to anyone needing her services, and will use her again in the future. They continue to follow up and be caring well after the procedure.
I have always been very self conscious of my thin lips, but hesistant to do filler. I was worried it may look unnatural or end up too big for my face. I was so lucky to find Dr Kulak. She spent the time listening to my concerns and to exactly what I wanted. She was conservative with the product while at the same time giving me the exact look I wanted!!! SO SO HAPPY!!!!!! I will be using her for my lips or anything else I do in the future!
Thanks for your questions and photos. You appear to have nice fullness and shape to your lips already. I would start off with one syringe of filler, let the swelling subside and reassess. Filler in the lips generally last 6-9 months. Good luck!
It looks like you have strong forehead and glabella muscles. It is difficult to treat those lower brow lines without causing the brow to drop especially when not balancing the treatment with botox in the glabella ( the muscles responsible for the vertical lines when you furrow your brow). It is not uncommon to start with a lighter treatment for a first time treatment and add additional botox if needed, so don't be discouraged My personal preference is to treat these areas together and rarely treat the forehead in isolation. However at 3 days post injection, botox has not reached its maximal effect so you may want to wait a week, but there is a good chance you will need to return to your injector to discuss additional treatment.
Thanks for your post, I think lip augmentation with HA filler would look nice. You may want to consider chin augmentation with either filler or a small implant which would give you some projection of the chin and balance your profile. Its best to see an experienced facial plastic surgeon for an in-person consultation.
Thanks for your question and photos. In younger patients, hyaluronic acid filler to the tear trough would be the way to go. I use Restylane or Restylane Silk for this delicate area. This is a more challenging area to place filler because of the proximity to the eye and orbital structures and the thinner eyelid skin, so it is important to go to a physician who is comfortable doing tear trough fillers either an oculoplastic surgeon, board certified plastic/facial plastic surgeon, or dermatologist. A "skin pinch" or lower eyelid blepharoplasty is a procedure I use when there is excess loose skin around the lower eyelids which appears minimal in your photos but can better be evaluated face to face. Unfortunately surgical procedures are never without risks and rarely a "quick fix". Seek out an expert in your area. Good luck!
