You have very nicely shaped teeth, but they are just not in a good position. I would recommend getting the broken tooth fixed first. From the limited view I have of it, I think it will need a crown. Then I would recommend orthodontic treatment. After you have the teeth in the correct position, you can move forward with any other cosmetic concerns. Hope this helps.

If you like the overall shape- length, width, corners, etc you will be even happier with your final veneers. As I'm sure you were told, the temporaries are the prototypes. You must really like the overall look of them or you won't like the finals. However, the finals will have more texture, more color variation and feel so much smoother. Temporaries are monochromatic which can give them a slightly unnatural appearance. Temporaries also tend to not have much surface texture, which also causes a slightly unnatural appearance. The finals should have more texture, which will cause the light to be reflected differently and more naturally. Hope this helps.

There are so many options to whiten teeth. I've seen many great results with products that patients purchase over the counter. These products range in price, but are typically under $100. Professional whitening can cost anywhere from $200-$1000+ depending upon the procedure.
You really should have the decay taken care of first before any whitening. If the decay gets too deep you could be looking at a much bigger problem of actually losing your teeth. According to your picture, the decay doesn't look too deep yet and should be simple to treat.

I'm not sure I can help you, but wanted to reach out with my thoughts. First I think you have a great smile! I'm not noticing the "grimace" that you are talking about. Your teeth look unworn, white, straight and in alignment.
I'm wondering if it's your upper lip that makes you think you look like you are grimacing(?) I'm only commenting on that because you have sought out some treatments for your upper lip. I'm curious if you have your upper lip augmented, if that would give you the look you are going for.
If it's not your lip, and it's just your teeth, I would suggest going to a cosmetic dentist with some photos of smiles that you love, and see what they could do for you. This could be whitening, braces, veneers or a combination of the above. Many cosmetic dentists offer smile test drives so you could see what is possible before you commit to treatment.

There are some really great things about your teeth: they are in good alignment, the midline looks good and I can see lots of your teeth, which gives you a nice wide smile.
Based on the pictures, I would suggest veneers for you. They could whiten your teeth, fill in any negative space and improve the shape of your teeth. If done properly, veneers can correct so many tooth imperfections.
I would contact a cosmetic dentist who does a lot of veneers and get a consultation. We do complimentary smile test drives at my office for people wanting to "test" the outcome before committing to treatment. See if they offer this. Veneers cost about $1500-$2000+ each, so be prepared for a big investment. Many of my patients say they wished they would've done their makeover sooner. If your teeth are making you self conscious, I would highly recommend doing this!! Hope this helped!
