Based on the pictures only and as a general advice , I would recommend first : treatment with medications such as Botox to correct your gummy smile , if it was not yet satisfactory then 


 minor gum recountoring with laser or surgical stent


And if you want further correction then Orthodontic treatment 

If it was not still satisfactory then jaw surgery could be considered only if it has more benefits than side effects and you are happy about it. 

I recommend start your treatment with the cheapest and most conservative and reversible way i.e Injection of Botox or Bocuture

 I dont know in Manchester but in London it can be from £2K up to £20K depending what type of smile makeover and how many teeth are involved and what treatment is being done.

It is inaccurate to comment without any clinical records such as photos but:If one of your teeth has moved behind and is out of line , depending on the category of your Invisalign treatment ( i7 does not qualify) you may need additional aligner to rectify it. Just discuss it with you treating Invisalign provider dentist and s/he will be able to explain to you and if possible order it for you. Usually it can be fixed easily. Also regarding claiming free retainers in case you are not happy,  I have not heard anything as such. But if you find out otherwise ,please share your experience. My personal opinion is that your crowding level seems to be marginally moderate. It can take approximately 6 -9 months to align the front teeth using IPR and expansion. If you need further correction of your bite it may take longer.  The clincheck analysis will be a great help for having a better idea. Good luck. Best

It seems you can have invisalign too, for your treatment but the pictures you provided are not sufficient for an accurate opinion as we need to see the bird eyes view of you teeth which can be only done by a dentist with a intra Oral photography mirror.  Or by looking at inside your mouth or your teeth models.  The invisalign analysis (clincheck)  is usually very accurate and if you get one done, it makes you more informed before you make a decision.  

As I always say you need to See a dentist who provides invisalign to be able to have an accurate opinion.
