I don't like to leave negative reviews but I really would like to share my experieince to help others. I wish I could say doctor Bittner did a great job on my nose but he simply didn't. I asked him for a certain look in the consultation and while staying politically correct he refused my request again and again. He somehow talked me into thinking that he was going to give me what I wanted though. he showed me before and after photos that looked pretty close to what I thought I wanted given the parameters that he set (saying it would turn out badly if we attempted the look I wanted). And I couldn't really put my finger on what might be wrong in the after photo if there was anything so I went ahead with the surgery. The nose I ended up with was better than my original but far from what I had hoped. It looked very long and even bigger than it did before because he added so much grafting. It also looked pretty droopy. It did not look like the after photo he had shown me. That was more than a year ago and since then I got a second nose job. I am 2 weeks post-op and I absolutely love my new nose. My nose doctor this time was dr. Amir Allak and he is absolutely amazing I can't recommend him enough. If you are looking to get your nose done I would go to him first. Or at least do multiple consultations to see how you feel. On my second try with the nose job, I had met with six or seven facial plastic surgeons and Dr Allak was by far the best. He's super knowledgeable and experienced and certified but most important he actually cares about what you want your result to look like cosmetically. I met with a lot of doctors who were only willing to do what they wanted to do with my nose and said that the result I wanted was not possible or would look bad. Dr. Allak pulled it off perfectly.  Dr. Allack was willing to go back and forth with me on the before and after photos again and again via email until I was satisfied and felt 100% sure he knew what I wanted and would do his best to achieve that result. He was super patient and understanding. Right now I am 2 weeks post-op and I absolutely love my nose. It is what I wanted to have achieved the first time and now I finally have it. His staff is super nice as well. If you're looking to get functional or cosmetic work done doctor Allack is your guy. Thank you Dr Allak and staff for doing an AMAZING job!!!!!!!
