Functional and cosmetic rhinoplasty:

Choosing Dr. Suryadevara was the best decision and frankly a no-brainer, as I was referred by my employers (an excellent plastic surgery group that does not specialize in rhinoplasty) whom I trust. The initial evaluation shed light on the functionality (or lack thereof) of my nose, revealing nasal valve collapse, and Dr. Suryadevara along with Dr. Obayemi discussed options for my case. During my second consultation we went into further detail with the cosmetic aspect of my surgery, where his ability to set realistic expectations was a huge green flag and very appreciated.

I am currently shy of 8 weeks post op and have seen subtle changes with the contour of my nose day after day, and improved breathing was obvious after the splint removal. I am incredibly thankful I was referred to Dr. Suryadevara as he prioritized improving my breathing as much as he prioritized making my nose straight, symmetrical, structurally sound, and SO cute while creating more facial harmonization.

Dr. Suryadevara performed a septorhinoplasty surgery on me. It turned out better than I expected. My breathing, nose shape and structure, and overall feelings toward my face improved drastically. I highly recommend him to anyone. He has fulfilled everything one should look for in a doctor in my time as one of his patients.

Dr. Suryadevara has a comforting bedside manner combined with exceptional technical knowledge and experience. I had a basal cell carcinoma removed from the side of my nose and he reconstructed the side of my nose with amazing results. He came highly recommended by another ENT and did not disappoint. He coordinated care with another office professionally and accommodated me to minimize any inconvenience on my part. He is thoughtful and presents many options with pros and cons of each. His office staff treated me well which certainly lends itself to the calm and caring feel of the office. I would not hesitate to return should I need him. He gets my highest recommendation!

My experience with Dr Amar Suryadavara has been wonderful. Today on 3/13/17 has been the first time I have been able to breath out of my nose since around 1990, and I'm not exaturating. His staff has been super friendly and very helpful even after my surgery. I would highly recommend Dr Amar Suryadevara's expertise to anyone. I had my face lift with Dr. Amar Suryadevara, and could not be more happy. He is the best plastic surgeon in the city of Syracuse in my opinion. He is up front and compassionate, and has the best bed side manner of any physician. You won't find a more honest and caring Dr. He called me the day after surgery to make sure I was doing ok. He tells you the pros and cons, and if he feels that you don't need the surgery he is up front with you. I'm happy with the way I look, he took 10 years off. Thank you.

Dr. Suryadevara was wonderful. He took the time to work with my school schedule and was very thorough by going over the procedure with me multiple times. My septum on both sides of my nose were very crooked. The procedure was 3.5 hours long, he fortunately did not have to break my nose. I never had any bruising and I never had to take pain medication. I am two weeks out of surgery and could not be happier. I would recommend Dr. Suryadevara to anyone!

DR. Suryadevara performed a scalp reconstruction on a very large wound on my head following a Mohs procedure at SUNY UPSTATE. I am pleased to say what an excellent outcome I have been left with. My scar is barely visible and my hair line also is barely altered. Its hard to believe the before and after results. Thank you DR SURY
