If you consider aligning your teeth it will balance your smile as the front teeth are standing out due to the inclination of the lateral teeth (the next ones). That will leave your teeth untouched as veneers although beautiful won't last forever
I would recommend to consider veneers on the lateral teeth and leave the centrals alone. The centrals look OK and if you leave them alone the esthetic proportions of the size of teeth could be managed by increasing the size of the laterals and balance the smile
Possible fracture (vertical) of the root. It is common to see that in those teeth as they are subjected to bigger pressure. That might explain the pain upon chewing
I would definitely fix the chipped tooth with the bonding as it will offer you the most conservative treatment
