Dr Ali and nurse Amanda were amazing with our daughter! She had otoplasty performed in the office they made sure she was comfortable the entire procedure and made us feel comfortable as well. On some occasions, unfortunately rare, it is absolutely necessary to take the time to recognize and acclaim the professal skill and service offered by an organization or individuals. Dr. Ali Qureshi, a board certified plastic surgeon and his staff RN, Amanda, at Southcoast Plastic Surgery are an excellent example of such individuals. They have earned more then my respect and gratitude. For a several years I had been aggravated by a lingering open wound unsolved by a number of clinic services and medical professionals. Dr. Quteshi and his staff through their skill set, patience and persistence completely resolved my issue. I rate and recommend them both and their organization very highly.

Great plastic surgeon. He has great bedside manners and really listens. Well educated and you can tell he is passionate about his work and really cares about his patients. I have been in for 2 different procedures at his Ladera location.

He is an amazing plastic surgeon. He asked me if I would like to try Restylane Defyne for fillers around my lips. I was hesitant at first because I have seen patients who have had this procedure done and it looked bad. I decided to try it. He explained what he was doing and made sure the numbing medicine had worked before starting the procedure. During the procedure I felt minimal to none discomfort during the injections. I was so pleased before during and after the procedure with Dr. Qureshi . He followed up 24 hours later to make sure I was doing okay.

I have know Ali through his residency at BJC. He was an outstanding resident-compassionate and hard working and efficient with an attention for detail. He moved to California- they are lucky to have him.

He was able to target my injections to provide the youthful appearance I had hoped for, and was quick and professional to make my visit fit my busy schedule. I had male breast reduction (gynecomastia) surgery with Dr. Ali after doing a lot of homework and research. I wanted to go to someone who understood my concerns about scars and when I could get back to the gym. He made incisions hidden around my nipple and also used liposuction and Renuvion to tighten the skin. I didn't have any drains or any problems. I was back in the gym in a few days for some light cardio and hope to get back to chest day soon.

I saw a few plastic surgeons before finding Dr. Ali, and I'm so glad I chose him. He was very understanding and professional throughout the entire process. I'm so happy with the results of my new nose! You can tell he's done a lot even though he's so young. Also, if you're south asian, I definitely recommend him because he understands our features, and knows the Bollywood actresses as reference!

I have been seeing Dr. Ali for a while for my filler and botox. I wanted to have a natural look and I didn't even want my husband to know I had anything done. I was scared about bruising and looking overdone. Dr. Ali spent time listening to me and I felt like he really understood the look I wanted. He did a great job and I didn't get any bruising. My husband a few days later asked if I did something new to my hair and I just smiled. I am so happy with my look and will be coming back to Dr. Ali.
