All depend of the future size that you want.
my opinion:
First, we remove the old implant and we can do breast lift and introduce a small implant over the muscle to change the shape and make more simetry the breast, reducing the areola diameters.

there really is no contraindication if the depression is under control, but common sense tells us to take a patient to surgery in the best conditions, not only physical but also psychological and whether that could affect the degree of satisfaction of your surgery.

My advice is to follow the instructions of your doctor, they will know which is the best time for your surgery.

after pregnancy you should wait until after 6 months and of course you're not breastfeeding. the way of placement and type of implants will depend on the characteristics of your breasts .. however, can not predict how your breasts change after pregnancy, therefore a risk that you should take for. so we recommend that if you plan to have a child in the next two or three years not to think about breast augmentation.
