I have known Dr. Runnels for many years. When she opened up her new practice, I was first on the list to start seeing her again. Not only does she take her time to know the WHOLE woman, she also has created an environment that is warm, open and comforting. To be honest, I didn’t realize that I could “fix” the appearance of my inner labia. I’ve dealt with embarrassment and pain at times my whole life. When I was discussing this with Dr. Runnels, she let me know that it could be repaired! I scheduled my procedure for August 4, 2020. The procedure itself was relatively painless and I was made very comfortable. Dr. Runnels and her team have made themselves completely available to me over the last three weeks and the healing process, although physically painful at times, has been easy to manage. Any questions or concerns I have have been answered immediately and I’ve never had to worry. And can i just say...Dr. Runnels is a friggin ARTIST. She didn’t just hack away at me. She took her time, and made sure that my results were not only going to be functional and help me with my pain issues, but they were going to be beautiful as well. I also opted to have my clitoral hood reduced, along with an O-shot and thermiva (at a later date), and let me tell you...I wish I would’ve done this YEARS ago. If you’re on the fence, let me be the one to tell you that the experience after these procedures is beyond mind-blowing if ya get my drift ;-). I will post pictures as soon as I can get a before image from her. That’s the one thing I forgot to do!!

Dr. Runnels did a great job. She talked to me about what I wanted to accomplish before and explained what she was going to do. I didn’t feel nervous during the process. It came out great! I would highly recommend her!
