TT September 24 and had complications due to a seroma. Arrived back in clinic April 25 for revision. All went smoothly and super happy with the level of care, support and attention the clinic and consultant provided.
This is the second time I have been iscare (first visit was breast reaugmentation) The clinic is very clean and surgeon very helpful. My surgery for tummy tuck went well and recovery has been straight forward, my stomach is unbelievable in a good way! I’m in love with it!Highly recommended and just a fraction of the cost of the surgery in the UK, my scars are healing well and 7 weeks post op I’m back to full time training in the gym
Six years after my tummy tuck, I am still amazed by Dr. Vatalak's exceptional skills. He had lots to do as I had lost 11 stone at the time, He not only carefully considered all my preferences but also utilized my bypass scar to create a seamlessly natural new belly button. The healing of my tummy tuck has been remarkably inconspicuous. My experience, I now wish I had chosen him for my breast procedure, especially after witnessing his outstanding work in that area during my time at the clinic. Dr. Vatalak's expertise extends impressively to breast enhancements I recommend him 100%
The best thing I ever done for myself!! Dr Vatlak is the best!! Only problem, I believe I had drains removed too soon and developed large seroma 2 weeks later. Back home in the UK this was drained under GA and 400mls fluid removed. VAC was placed to allow draining to continue for another 3 weeks. Since then no other complication while recovery still in progress. Updated on 11 Dec 2021: These pictures taken 6 weeks & 16 weeks postop. Absolutely thrilled with my new physique (almost 57). Had 8 sessions manual lymphatic drainage massages within this time. Looking forward to results at 6 month and one year! Updated on 11 Dec 2021: During preop consultation I asked Dr Vatlak (PS) specifically for 3 things: A low scar, a neat scar and no postop pain - I know was asking for a lot! He was able to achieve all my wishes and during day 3 review, said scar looked 2 weeks old! So from 5 weeks postop, to date (5 months later) I have been applying silicone strips to the scars. Scar is flat, have blended in nicely and is hardly noticeable. The attached pic was taken just before I started applying silicone strips. As for pain, at no time whatsoever was there any. Yes, I popped 4-5 hourly painkillers initially because I was advised to do so, but stopped after a couple of days because there really was no need!
I am 4 days post op from having a tummy tuck with liposuction to flanks and also liposuction to arms. Dr Vatlak at IScare Clinic has been amazing. It's very early days but the standard of care has been excellent. I am flying back to the UK tomorrow and had a finial check up yesterday. As a qualified NHS nurse with over 12 years experience, I would not hesitate to return. I used Prague Medical to facilitate the surgery and it was all very easy.
Tummy tuck and lipo surgery with muscle repair by Dr Vatlak. Very pleased with results so far. 5 wks post op. Dr very friendly as well as staff very attentive. Klara the coordinator at the clinic fantastic. Clinic is clean, rooms very comfortable. My 2 day stay was pleasant. Only thing, language barrier with Nurses. English extremely limited. Had to use translate on my phone most the time but it worked in terms of communication. Not a fan of the compression garment given.I feel it's a one size fits all. I'm 5ft so my torso is small. Kept folding and digging into my already swollen sore body. Had i known, i would have bought my own compression band. Switched it up to a Colombian faja week 2 and doing fantastic with it. First week for me was the worst. Very painful, walking straight was difficult for first 2 weeks. Simple things such as putting on shoes, bending etc still quite difficult but i am now able with a struggle at week 5. Still getting pain occasionally but not all the time. Been having lymphatic drainage massages every other day which has reduced the swelling and pain a lot. Been doing massages since week 2.As of next week will cut down massages to once a week. Stayed in Prague for a total of 7 nights, flew back to the UK on day 8. Stayed in Hotel Carol which is less than 5 min walk from the clinic. Forgot to mention clinic will pick you up from the airport when you land free of charge take you to your hotel. I read this and had to ask. Wasn't offered, but the service is there. I was sceptical at first after my surgery as i was very swollen, but now starting to see results.Have used the clinic previously for my breast augmentation 8 yrs ago, so would recommend Dr Alexander Vatlak as he is a very skilled surgeon. Hope my review helps someone as there are not many reviews on Iscare Clinic online. Both my experiences have been good with them. Cost of Surgery, flights, hotel, transfers accumulated to probably £3,000 GBP.
I visited ‘ISCARE’ clinic in August 2020 for breast augmentation, and I couldn’t be happier with the service from Dr Vatlak, and the team. The results 5 months on have exceeded expectations and I m greatful to have not had any issues in the healing process. I’m 5ft 6, 52kg, and had 275cc mentor round, over the muscle. My breasts felt empty after weight loss, I therefore aimed to regain perkiness, and fullness. The whole procedure was of the highest standard, I felt that Dr Vatlak really knew the desired outcome I was after (full but not too big and visible whilst wearing clothes!) Once at home they dropped well quite quickly, and the scarring is so minimal which I am hoping will go away with time. I highly recommend, and for the price I feel this was a great choice.
I had my breast enlargement 30th jan i couldn't be happier i was really nervous but he really made me feel at ease i thought I woud need an uplift to but i didn't i highly recommend MR Vatlak your in safe hands
I had my breast enlargement with iscare last Tuesday 15/08/17 I arrived at the clinic at 7am for my pre'op and then went own for my op at 11:30am that same day , I found the whole arrangement very easy , and the staff where more than helpful helping me make arrangements. I went for 600cc overs , after having consultations here in the uk I found that my post 3 children deflated 34b/c boobs made sense , this was the size advice given her in the uk to re fill my flat chest !!! I had my op woke up in the recovery room in pain but not unbearable, stayed over night in he clinic the was discharged the following morning back to my hotel , I spent the night there then flew back o the uk on the 17/08/17 , the flight home wasn't the most comfortable but what did I expect I've had surgery , I've not taken any pain relief since being back in the uk and I'm now 7 days post op and I'm due to go back to work in two days , back to my role as an account manager and makeup artist for a makeup brand ! ( not sure if it's too soon but I'll give it a go ) My whole experience with iscare was better than expected , the only thing I didnt like was I was offered no food or snacks until the following morning after my op ! So take snacks for a back up , I was off my food a little so was ok but my blood pressure was a little low having starting my period the day of my op too ( only me ) I'd definitely recommend but do your home work ! This is something I'd spent a lot of time researching ! Many thanks to the iscare team xx
I was a little nervous to have my breast lift with implants done at iscare, just because there weren't very many reviews of Dr Vatlak. But I am now 2 weeks post-op and I am very happy with my results already! Gita, who was my email contact with the clinic (I am from Canada, but was living in Spain and having the procedure in Prague) was very attentive and helpful! When I arrived at the clinic the day before for my pre-ops everyone was kind. It was a quick visit. The next day was the day of my surgery. I showed up at 8am but I didn't see the doctor until closer to 11. He friendly but a little reserved. He opened with "So what can I do for you here today?" which threw me off a little. I would have been more put at ease if he had started with some information for me, rather than me saying what I wanted, but that could just be personal preference. I had done a lot of research, so other than choosing which implant I wanted, and having him measure and mark me, it was a pretty quick visit. The longest wait was for the surgery itself. I was last and so didn't get taken to the OR until about 6pm. The nursing staff were attentive, even if not all of them spoke English. I had pain, but not as much as I was expecting. Mostly it felt like I'd done a million push ups the day before...while someone occasionally punched my boobs. He came to check on me the next two mornings (I had to stay two nights) and the visits were friendly and quick. He gave me all the information I needed for post-op care. Though it's only 2 weeks, my vertical scars are pretty much healed already and they look good! He did such a good job. There is a little pulling on the incision under my left breast according to my partner, but it's hard for me to see it. Overall, very happy with the experience so far. I can post updates further out as my new breasts heal and take their shape.
