Yes, implants come undone sometimes. If initial placement successful, we recommend once a year check and x-ray to monitor the implant and crown. Long-term success of dental implants is higher then of many other dental procedures.
5-7 weeks sometimes enough to place an implant after extraction. 3D image shows bone volume and quality prior to implant placement.
