In orthodontics some patients don't feel pain and there's tooth movement and viceversa. On average acute pain is a very common sign of movement only in the&nbsp; early stages of the treatment.<br>

this case is very frequent with people that didn't use the retainers the correct time. To correct this you could use invisalign or lingual braces for a very short period of time (6 months aprox) and then, use retainers for one year 24/h and one more year / nights.<br>

this problem is very hard to resolve with orthodontics because the relapse is going to be there even if you put braces on your teeth again and again. my point of view of these case is that the best option for you is to use very thin veneers to achieve the result you are expecting. they are not cheap but they are a good solution.<br>
