There is a high possibility of implant failure due to abnormal forces ,please visit prosthodontist and try to adjust the occlusion, your implant tooth should not come in contact with the opposing tooth during rest position and if possible start using a soft splint ( Night Guard)

Please go see a dentist and get an xray of tooth , if the damage is minimal dentist would prescribe antibiotics and stabalize the mobile tooth with spllinting and put under observation for couple of weeks ,If the damage is severe he would extract the teeth and place an immediate implant with a temporary tooth matching the colour of the adjacent tooth. Do not worry with the recent advancements in porcelain materials you can have an artificial permanent tooth exactly matching your natural tooth colour.

your smile looks good.Its just that the tooth show up is more when you smile. I would advice try getting filler injections to correct the gummy smile . It will show less tooth structure when you smile ,its safe and reversable process and if you dont like your smile than you can opt for crowns at latter stage.

Its good that your implantologist changed your implant in to a shorter one . Usually there is a nerve running below the teeth in that region and any injury to the nerve canal takes about 8-10weeks or sometime much longer to heal . Please take a multi vitamin Tab called Neurobion daily once for 2 months it will help in healing faster .

Option 1 ..Get the fractured implant removed because you dont have the next tooth also ,and get bone grafting done then wait for 3-4 months and get a new implant placed in the same area. Looks like you have heavy bitting forces if possible get an additional implant placed next to it to distribute the occlusal forces better.
Option 2: if you do not want to go for second implant procedure ,you can leave the broken implant inside and opt for removable denture in the missing area.

Please go back to your Implantologist and get another Healing abutment fixed ,do not worry if the gums have closed off , Implantologist will open up the gums and fix a new one.

Please take a CBCT scan to check for the bone ,If you have minimum available bone also ,u shouldn’t be worried because with the new implant techniques like (all on 4 technique) you can have mininum implants placed and achieve desired results With out any bone grafting procedures.
