I always had problems trying to get rid of my lower stomach and inner thighs. Theyre genetic so no matter how much gyming i do or diet- it wont go. So i decided to have my surgery at Dora hospital in istanbul. They were great they picked me up from the airport, monday i went in for drawings and meeting the doctor, tuesday i was in for my op and i was discharged Wednesday 1pm ish so they looked after me for that night and until mid day. So far im 5 days post op and i know i have swelling but im happy with it with the swelling. My stomach is flat!! The night after my op was uncomfortable but apart from that it has been fine. Its all controlable with pain killers so i guess the worst has gone- ive been drinking 3litres of water a day and havent taken my garment off (apart from 2 wash it) so its just dealing with swelling now. Im sore if i sit for long or just wake up. Im mobile just not as much.
