hi, i’m Sorry to here that you are in pain again. I wouldn’t be able to tell without an X-ray and of course an examination but that is not a very good sign.why did end up with another root canal in first place ? Pain is a sign of infection which should Ben resolved with Root therapy. Sometimes this pain is due to reactions to bacteria or the manipulation during the treatment. I would contact the dentist for emergency usually needs furthuer cleaning up and local medication (antibiotics dressing)in the root of the tooth. If pain keep an recuring after treatment is redone I would unfortunately reconsider the whole treatment and maybe and consider extraction and an implant . Hope that helps
