Dr. Manjarrez and his staff have been absolutely wonderful! They listen to the look that you were going for and help you to achieve it. You can tell the whole staff and Dr. all care about your well-being. I felt extremely taken care of through the whole process and the doctor is still following up with me to make sure I get the optimal results! I would highly recommend him and his team. I was also shocked to find out during recovering that when I emailed during the weekends I received a response back typically the same day. I did not have to wait. When you were going through something like this it is a huge comfort to know that they are there when you need them

Today I had my preop consultation and the doctor told me that it's a very simple surgery and I'll be fine, so I'm very excited and I'm pretty confident about the results. This is something that I always wanted to do so I'm good for the best. The personal is very nice and they answered all my questions.

Dr. Manjarez was initially my second choice. I have family who have done work with Dr. Gaspar and although I really liked his work and lower prices, I didn't have time to wait for a July 8 consult. I only have one month of vacation and I didn't want to spend the lasts of it in recovery. I chose Dr. Manjarez and I am beyond happy with my results. His staff is great and although I always get seen 30-40 min after my appointment I get it because the doctor is very informative and makes sure all his patients know the good and the bad. 5 days post op and I love my new girls! I highly recommend him.

don't listen to the bad reviews other people are writing, he is an excellent doctor, tells the truth, and helps you improve your image, nothing was done without my permission and after googling him he was named top #1 on times newsweek latin america, i feel great and was given great attention from him and all of his staff, my friend from ohio recommended him, and have sent all of my friends to him, very professional, and i even googled the products he uses to know if they are cheap or not, he is not as cheap as other plastic surgeons in mexicali, but that is because of his degree and recognitions he has in all latin america. i will get a face lift in 10 years jaja, for right now i'll stick to botox.

Before and after pictures coming soon. Excellent and respectful doctor. I had a mommy makeover a year ago and he did wonder on my new body. Am very happy with his work. I went back for rhinoplasty am almost two months. It is my opinion only, me too at first I wanted to see before and after pictures and he didn't have any to show me. Oh boomer I felt. See, when we see we are pushed to make decisions but the reality is that every body is different and we cannot expect to look like some one else. On that note, I agree with the doctor. He is very realistic and want to fix not put you a different face. See, often that is why surgeries go wrong or results are not what one expected. In my experience, I am me with my new nose but is no longer wide, so that is wonderful. My body is amazing, I look better then those bony models with pecks and n buns. I have a breast that's yummy not to big not to small, great abs and hourglass shape. He add and took away what needed. I think every one who is considering plastic surgery should be realistic. Dr MANJARREZ I'd board certified and is trust worthy. Just follow his procedures n follow ups. We are just just to hospitals that free surgery one stays but they charge you a lot. If there is no complications in your surgery then there is no need to stay. If you want to the hotels are inexpensive anyway.

Hi I'm a 32 year old mother of 3 kids. I am really looking to finally feeling confident and able to wear a bikini for the first time in my life. I'm very excited and nervous at the same time,I don't have many friends that have done this procedure so I am a little in the loop of what the outcome will be on this procedure and also the level of discomfort I will be going through. I'm really hoping to be able to find support and be able to share my journey. I will be having a tummy tuck and breast implants and also lipo in my mid section of my thighs and also in my love handles, and I will also have this fat tranfer to my buttocks. Total make over !!

I had my surgery on feb 17 Th. I'm just concerned my stomach look like it has a pouch on top of my scar ! I just wanna feel like everything it's normal and my stomach will look flat. I feel so swollen , I been using my garment giving by my dr. 24 / 7 and no difference. Any suggestions ?

So today I'm feeling a little sad , I guess this is an emotional roller coaster , my PS said that everything is looking good and my healing process is also going good ! It's just I see my scar looking so horrible and gets me down from time to time ! I would love for time to fly so I can see the final results. My belly button looks not to good, I'm a little worried, I have my appt this Tuesday let's see what my PS tells me . Today was my official day out of the house , I was out most of the day I feel very tired but happy to be out , a little embarrassed I am still not able to walk straight.

Super ecxited, I see the results already, I actually try out a bikini and I love it I'm so excited, can't wait for summer. My husband is also super excited. Questions I am going back to work this Monday and definitly not planning on using the garment from the dr. Office, what do you guys recommend me to buy ?

so happy to post my after pictures, I need opinions so please let me know what you guys think! I am super ecxited this thursday will be my 5th week after my surgery. I will be ready to start using mederma,or the silicone sheets for my scar. My only concern is the lipo I dont see that much difference yet, but I like PS surgeon said I have to be patient and wait.

So today is officially my 7 week after surgery , I'm still really swollen oh so I think ! I weight 145 and my waist is 33 and hips 41, I started my work out today and hoping to get toned and loose at least 10 more pounds. But for the first time this Monday I got away with wearing a bikini I felt wonderful !! Hoping to see the final results in a couple of months.

So I have been working my ass off working out 3 times a week and trying to eat no carbs. I am now 140 lbs waist 29 and hips 39
Tomorrow is my 11th week after surgery. I am still working on my scar with the scar sheet and mederma. But overall I am so happy !!
 

This Doctor has lost his sensibility and ability to be truthful.
After going trough a procedure to reduce the size of my breasts I developed a bad infection that landed me in the hospital.
After 3 weeks the doctor failed to tell me I had an infection.
He just acted like every thing was ok.
I lost my nipple and suffer a lot of pain.
