Fantastic Every Time
Fantastic, friendly manor. Does an extensive first assessment and gives you full seasonings behind what he things would improve or help. At his clinic so far I have had fillers, botox and threads and been happy with all of my results. I wouldn't go to anyone else now.

£5 a graft hair transplant, price starting at £500. Very low starting cost, excellent for people wanting only a few follicles to fix small scars or loss of a few hair follicles. I read this article  "Hair Follicles May Help Wounds Heal Without Scars"This had been tested on mice but not on humans. So I decided to experiment and pleaded with Dr Adel to place hair follicles on my pitted scar near eyebrow and on my hyperthropic scar on beard.He agreed to do so. 15 days later

Dr Kishawi is by far and away the best doctor I have ever met and nothing I can say really does justice: he is extremely intelligent, a compassionate and caring person ,and a truly outstanding doctor. Fantastic Outcome
Third avenue cosmetic clinic manchester is were i went to have my treatment of filler under my eyes to remove dark hollow circles, im not 1 for needles but after talking through with my dr i was comftable to go ahead, i was not in any pain during my treatment or several hours after, im very pleased with my outcome i noticed a difference straight away, and im looking forward to more treatment in future.

As an older man I was looking for a younger look and had tried Botox and fillers in the past, but was disappointed with the results. I had more or less decided that I wouldn't bother again but a friend told me they had been to Third Avenue Clinic and had great results from Dr Kishawi, so I thought I would at least see what he had to say. Amazing doctor!!
I had laser five years ago and was left me worse than before the procedure. At first I felt positive about the outcome but after a couple months I had more lines and a pitted scarred area to my chin. My consultant was unsympathetic. He offered me another session of laser but I couldn't see how that would make it better only worse I considered a strong TCA peel but was advised it wouldn't penetrate to the deeper level of my where it was needed. I then looked into having a phenol
lip augmentation.
Dr Kishawi has a lovely mannerism and may be very good at other aspects of his specialty. However, I feel that he did not do my lips correctly. They were lumpy, irregular and uneven. He sounded as though he was so experienced and would do a perfect job but he ruined my lips and as so much filler had been put in, the skin on my lips has stretched and the natural shape has changed even now when the filler has mostly dissolved.

I came to see Adel first in April because after a year of living with drooping eye lids due to BOTOX going wrong with another surgeon I was left with lots of loose skin.I came for laser treatment to remove it. after a couple of months I could really see the difference and was really happy to have my eyes back again.I came back 2 weeks ago to discuss another session and see what I could do about loose skin around my mouth.After a long consultation with Adele he suggested filler
