Fantastic, friendly manor. Does an extensive first assessment and gives you full seasonings behind what he things would improve or help. At his clinic so far I have had fillers, botox and threads and been happy with all of my results. I wouldn't go to anyone else now.

He is the only Doctor I would let touch my face,such a nice gentleman and we have a great time when we visit.Dr Adel takes his time and listens to any problems you have which is super if you are nervous or or new to aesthetics and he is very kind and trustworthy

This had been tested on mice but not on humans. So I decided to experiment and pleaded with Dr Adel to place hair follicles on my pitted scar near eyebrow and on my hyperthropic scar on beard.



He agreed to do so. 15 days later I saw immediate results. The pitted scar has disappeared after placing hair follicles on the pitted scar (see photos attached). The hyperthropic scar has disappeared after placing 3 hair follicles on hyperthropic scar. The wound healed with almost no scarring.



Placing hair follicles on scars is a cheap alternative to scar revision and scar removals. Placing hair follicles on scars is also a cheap alternative to fat grafting and skin grafting.

Dr Kishawi is by far and away the best doctor I have ever met and nothing I can say really does justice: he is extremely intelligent, a compassionate and caring person ,and a truly outstanding doctor. I count myself truly lucky to have found him. I have visited many clinics in the past and none live up to third avenue Clinic. Not to mention how brilliant the prices at the clinic are, very affordable, good value for money and all treatments are carried out in a professional manner. I initially visited third avenue Clinic for a consultation for botox &  Skin lightening treatment. Following my consultation with Dr Kishawi i opted for the skin lightening iv treatments, which im truly happy with as its a safe and natural way to lighten your skin tone. I have since had botox and fillers on several areas on my face and im extremely pleased with the outcome of all my treatments. Dr Kishawi takes his time on carrying out his treatments in a professional manner and is very attentive and extremely knowledgeable.  The staff at the clinic are very welcoming and hospitable. In the past i have visited many clinics and spent alot of money on unprofessional clinicians where my treatments have not given the results promised and cheap materials have been used! Third avenue cosmetic clinic manchester is were i went to have my treatment of filler under my eyes to remove dark hollow circles, im not 1 for needles but after talking through with my dr i was comftable to go ahead, i was not in any pain during my treatment or several hours after, im very pleased with my outcome i noticed a difference straight away, and im looking forward to more treatment in future.

As an older man I was looking for a younger look and had tried Botox and fillers in the past, but was disappointed with the results. I had more or less decided that I wouldn't bother again but a friend told me they had been to Third Avenue Clinic and had great results from Dr Kishawi, so I thought I would at least see what he had to say. What a great guy Dr Kishawi is. His professionalism and expertise came across immediately at my initial consultation. I felt at ease and confident that this time the results would be exactly what I wanted and he proved me right. I now realize that it's not just a matter of injecting the products but more to do with skill and technique. This is now something I can happily continue with and would recommend Dr Kishawi to anyone.

I had laser five years ago and was left me worse than before the procedure. At first I felt positive about the outcome but after a couple months I had more lines and a pitted scarred area to my chin. My consultant was unsympathetic. He offered me another session of laser but I couldn't see how that would make it better only worse I considered a strong TCA peel but was advised it wouldn't penetrate to the deeper level of my where it was needed. I then looked into having a phenol peel which goes deeper but is very aggressive and has quite a long downtime. Luckily I found Dr Kiswahi he suggested the vampire face lift with the PRP therapy. Because it’s your own blood its safe there isn't any risk and the reviews are excellent. Your own skin repairs and increases the collagen to your face. After five sessions the scarring wasnt as deep and noticeable .I feel that laser in the wrong hands can destroy your skin and wished I had never had it done.If someone is considering laser please look at safer alternative. The scarring on my chin resulting from laser resurfacing has improved dramatically and the treatment gave me added benefits of increasing collagen resulting in a glowing plumper smoother skin. After the great results from the PRP vampire facelift this spurred me to look at other safe treatments that use your own cells. Luckily Dr Kishawi suggested and performed stem cell facial fat transfer. He harvested the fat by liposuction from my lower back then injected the fat/stem cells into my chin, neck and face. I could see an improvement straight away and it continues to work! Apparently it will continue to improve and last for a few years. My face looks smooth with the added bonus virtually wrinkles free! I’m thrilled with the results. Can’t thank Dr Kishawi enough I am so glad I had it done. It has regained my confidence in my looks and I’m now getting compliments on my skin! So many doctors make promises they can’t deliver or worse leave you botched. I had little faith in doctors but that was restored when I was treated by Dr Kishawi. He puts patients first not money and has a wealth of knowledge and experience and my satisfaction was his goal

Dr Kishawi has a lovely mannerism and may be very good at other aspects of his specialty. However, I feel that he did not do my lips correctly. They were lumpy, irregular and uneven. He sounded as though he was so experienced and would do a perfect job but he ruined my lips and as so much filler had been put in, the skin on my lips has stretched and the natural shape has changed even now when the filler has mostly dissolved.

I came to see Adel first in April because after a year of living with drooping eye lids due to BOTOX going wrong with another surgeon I was left with lots of loose skin.I came for laser treatment to remove it.

after a couple of months I could really see the difference and was really happy to have my eyes back again.

I came back 2 weeks ago to discuss another session and see what I could do about loose skin around my mouth.

After a long consultation with Adele he suggested filler and BOTOX again. he knew my huge concerns about it but his exact words were this

"TRUST ME TRACEY IT'S NOT GOING TO HAPPEN"

He went through all the different muscles and reason why it had gone wrong before.

So with his assurance I decided to go ahead.

Day 2 looked amazing

Day 10 one of my eyes had started to go.

I went in to see him.he could clearly see that one of my eyes was open and the other down my face but he said more BOTOX would sort it out and he hadn't finished the treatment.

Day 12 one of my eyes has completely gone as it had before when I had BOTOX.

after numerous texts messages over the last 3 days and him not admitting it had gone wrong, not saying sorry, not offering me my money back, he offered me another treatment he said MIGHT work to correct it.

after trusting him in the first place when he said this would not happen to me I had absolutely no confidence in him what so ever but went to discuss it with him.

on arrival there was still no apology or admittance he had done exactly as the others had done he started to go on about what he was going to do with the 2 treatments.he said he'd discovered it by mistake. No other place offers this as a reversal of botox .

He also then went on to say that after 3 months I wouldn't be left with sagging skin it would just go back to normal..That didn't happen to anyone it was just my age that had caused that in the first place that hadn't happened through botox.

My eyelids were perfect before botox it complety messed me up.

I didn't want to go ahead with the new treatment as there was no guarantee, he was denying his wrong and was telling me my eye wouldn't be drooping in 3 months time.Then promptly reminded me I'd signed a disclosure...Doesnt matter that you swore it wouldn't happen again..

He refused to give me my money back. I have now paid £350 to look like this and will have to pay someone else after this to correcthis mistake

Summary .A brilliant salesman with no ethics who just wants to line his pockets not caring one bit what affect emotionally he leaves people in.

Excellent clinic amazing at his job makes you feel so Welcome and relaxed.i would highly recommended this man for any of the treatments you are thinking of haveing.he makes you feel so comfortable and let’s you no everything you need to no or want to no.if he doesn’t think it’s right for you he will tell you.
