Most people when they opt to have elective surgery do as much research as possible to have ‘The Best’. I can truly say Mr Sierakowski is the best! I’m only 7 weeks post my mummy makeover surgery and I feel amazing - better than the old me. Mr Sierakowski is exactly what all his other reviews say; kind, reassuring, honest and very professional. I found Adam whilst I was researching surgeons in 2021, so when I was finally ready to book my abdominoplasty surgery, I contacted his PA (Lauren) and arranged my first consultation. The booking process was quick and easy, Lauren was very helpful. During my first consultation, Adam was very welcoming and reassuring and put me at ease, especially during the examination, which can make you feel very exposed and vulnerable. Adam gave me his recommendation but also respected my initial thoughts about the surgery I initially wanted. I was given time to consider my options, and there was absolutely no pressure to book / proceed during the consultation. However, being super impatient and organised I knew I wanted to book my procedure during a specific month, so I contacted Lauren the next day to request costings and availability, which I received in a timely manner. I decided to take Adams professional and experienced advice into consideration and opted for the fleur-de-lis abdominoplasty. Lauren made all the arrangements with the hospital and the countdown began! I had a second consultation with Adam, prior to the procedue, which gave me an opportunity to ask any questions that arose following the initial consultation. There was very limited contact / correspondence from the hospital relating to the surgery, but this is the hospitals standard procedure. I contacted Lauren with any concerns I had and always recieved a prompt reply. I was not contacted by the hospital for the pre op etc.until 2 weeks before my surgery date (which is normal). On surgery day, Adam came round to discuss the procedure, take my consent, and draw me up. He could tell I was extremely anxious and did his best to reassure me. Everything was explained very well. Following the procedure, Adam reviewed me and reassured me that everything went well, and he said that he was excited to see the progress at my 3 week check up. Which felt nice and reassuring. The only only minor negative (constructive feedback) I would mention is my husband felt excluded / ignored during the consultation / on surgery day and would have liked to have felt more included in discussions, especially on surgery day when he was feeling anxious / worried. Post surgery I've had multiple concerns (I'm a worrier) and I've contacted Adam many times and he has always replied promptly with his advice / reassurance, which has been invaluable and very much appreciated! I'm four weeks post op and I'm very happy with my results. Knowing that I will be reviewed regularly and any concerns are dealt with promptly gives me so much reassurance. I would highly recommend Adam to anyone, he is a very experienced and talented surgeon with a high attention to detail

Adam came highly recommended from another reputable consultant. I have had three cosmetic surgeries now & each time Adam has been informative & discussed thoroughly in detail what each surgery would entail throughout my journey leaving me with outstanding results. Dr Adam Sierakowski provided me care when I approached him to remove three moles on my face. These were affecting my confidence and they were all I could see when I looked at myself in the mirror or photo. After receiving recommendations, I contacted Adam. The care was seamless and I was offered an appointment which included a consultation and procedure on the same day. This was excellent as I don’t live very near the clinic. Dr Sierakowski was professional, caring, empathic and understanding throughout my appointment. He discussed options for removal and recommended the procedure he felt was best suited to my case. The procedure was quick and painless after the local anaesthetic. Dr Sierakowski was brilliant at communicating throughout the removal and made me feel at ease. The results are better than I could ever imagine. They healed very quickly and I have been left with no scar. I just can’t believe that there was ever a mole there and wish I had the removal years ago.

Something which I've thought about for a long time, but was too worried to go ahead with. Adam was very supportive and helped me come to a decision which was right for me, I'm so happy with the final result. Aftercare is also so important and Adam and his colleagues have been fantastic.

I had a small cosmetic mole removed by Mr Sierakowski just before Christmas. It was a great experience. I was in and out within 30 minute. Mr Sierakowski explained everything that was going to happen and why and also all the recovery care I needed to know. I was told by another surgeon that I would be left disfigured from skin cancer on my nose. After my procedure, you can't even tell I had anything done!
