A Ballpark for a Rhinoplasty in our office is 6000.00 that includes surgeons fee, anesthesia and the facility also pre op and all post op visits.

I agree with previous answers. The pics do show up very small. However, from what I can see things look excellent. The implants seem to have settled appropriately at this point. I do not appreciate any major change after the 4 week pics so things are likely pretty stable at this point. Things can continue to soften for up to 3 months sometimes though. 

I agree you seem to be a great candidate for a full tummy tuck with some flank liposuction. As always confirm the plans with your surgeon at the preop appt to make sure everyone is on the same page. Surgeons' approaches to tummy tucks can vary, and how and where they do lipo and how much they undermine are variables that depend on the individuals anatomy, where they have excess, and also surgeons experience. In general flank lipo is safe with a full tummy tuck, but liposuction of the tummy tuck flap in a full tummy tuck can be risky. Be sure to discuss with your surgeon thoroughly. 

You are still in the early healing phase. Things continue to soften and smooth out for a few months after lipo. Continue massaging and doing the other things you are doing, and be sure to follow up with your surgeon.
