I had a great experience with Dr Woodard. I had filler in my cheeks and one side of my jaw. He is very skilled, meticulous and friendly . I am very happy with the results. I swell a lot so it took some time to see the final outcome, it was worth it. I highly recommend dr Woodard to anyone considering filler.
After many years of research and constantly canceling appointments because of my anxiety around needles, I found Dr. Woodard and my anxiety lessened. His bedside manner and sense of humour won me over. He is professional and he absolutely knows what he is doing. I have always had an issue with my weak jawline and chin. After a few different procedures I am extremely happy with my jawline and have more confidence then I’ve ever had! It is truly amazing what can be done in a few short visits and I will definitely be going back.
Dr. Woodard was very professional and kind. He took the time to listen to my concerns and was assuring. I have had other procedures done in other office settings and I will definitely go back to see Dr. Woodard for my cosmetic needs. For those who have not had filler done before, it takes time to heal, therefore for some, it takes from a few days to 4 weeks for the very final results. For myself, there is significant swelling (with any Doctor I have gone to) which makes the results seem distorted at first, but that is never the final result. I was extremely pleased with my final results. I also had upper eyelid filler (for eyelid hollowing) which is a very uncommon procedure done in Canada, and difficult to find a physician who is confident enough to do this. I put my trust in Dr. Woodard. The results are beautiful and beyond my expectation. Top Doc in my opinion!
Aaron is a master when it comes to the face. He knew instantly what was I needed to improve my look with minimal cost to me. I have been to many cosmetic doctors and I can say Aaron is the best by far.
Dr. Woodard is amazing! Extremely talented and knowledgeable as well as personable. Perfect combination of science and artistry to ensure you look natural and your best! I have had many procedures/visits at his office and the staff are always kind, professional and always offer assistance when required. No need to go anywhere else!
I do not recommend Dr Aaron Woodard from Preventous. He ruined my face, and I paid him to do it!!! After a consult, $5K total for separate sessions or $4K for full face optimization.?I opted for full face rejuvenation ($4000). After I advised him I was going on vacation to Mexico, he wouldn't do full face rejuvenation (THANK GOD!).Actually his assistants vocalized that it probably wouldn't happen. ??At my initial appointment, he filled my chin and my marionette lines and he created a dent in my chin which I never had before. He didn't see that he created it. His assistant asked me if I ever had a scar on my chin (which I never had, she knew it) he then tried to fix it (he didn't). ? During my follow up I voiced my complaints: ??brown dis-coloration in my marionette lines: that he stated he never seen filler causing it before as he used filler that doesn't cause tyndall...hinting that it must have been because I went to Mexico. I have lived in very warm climate had fillers during the summer when its 30+ degrees and sunny for days. I am very diligent with sunscreen and wear a large brim hat to protect my face ....I travel a couple of times a year often get fillers prior to my trip....never ever have I experienced discolouration like this. I guess in his practice only people get fillers in the winter???? The dent in my chin still exists. He injected more into my chin, and advised me to "massage and white knuckle the filler into the dent"?? 3) when I advised him I bruised a lot from the fillers, I wasn't so really bothered by it as it was resolved by the time I returned from my vacation, just a mention...and he said that bruising is good as it helps with collagen. In addition my chin was very vascular, it wasn’t before??. He did acknowledge that my chin was very vascular he offered me laser treatment to get rid of it. He asked to have the machine moved into the treatment room. I was wondering if he had the proper training etc. Luckily, somebody spoke up and advised that the clinic laser professional would perform the treatment. She did, she was super nice but my results were minimal (she did what she was directed by the doctor). ??To address my discolouration, Dr Woodard injected hyaluronidase to dissolve the filler in the side that had most of the filler....So I was left with bigger jowl on that side of my face then when I went to the clinic (I'm only 41) hyaluronidase also dissolves the naturally occurring hyaluronic acid and my natural lip line was also disrupted as a result.?? I had to go to another clinic to try to fix my face, they tried to fix his work as best they could. I had a lot of scar tissue in my jowels due to doctor Woodard (again bruising is good according to him right!) $2500 later to fix his mistake. ?I asked for a refund, they wanted me to come back and let him fix it. Its not like a bad hair cut, its my face I can’t grow another. I believe this doctor takes unnecessary risks and is very questionable in his approach. I do not recommend this doctor!
There are a few variables involved that would determine the result. Volume is one, others include the product used and the skill of the injector. So the short answer is another injection could make a bigger difference. There are a number of other options available for improving scars including lasers, micro needling, PRP, and topical acid treatments. Combination therapy often gives the best outcome. Unfortunately, there is no treatment that is likely give you a complete resolution of the scar. Good luck.
This is a complication. Please get back to your treating physician as soon as possible to receive the appropriate treatment.
