I would recommend starting with an implant and reassessing the need for a lift once you have healed and the implants have settled. Best case scenario is that you are happy with the result. Worst case scenario is needing another operation and adding scars, but at least you won't be second guessing your choice. Doing the implants and the lift at different times can also reduce your risk of complications and result in better scars. Good luck to you!
