Bora Ok, MD

I went to Dr. Bora Ok for a subtle cosmetic tune-up rather than a full rhinoplasty. He really listened to what I wanted and delivered exactly that—a small, natural-looking change that enhances my features without it ever being obvious I had surgery. At just three weeks post-op, I know healing takes time, but I’m already so happy with what I see.

On top of the cosmetic result, Dr. Bora also fixed my breathing issue without me even mentioning it. When I woke up from surgery, I noticed my left nostril felt so clear for the first time, and then Dr. Bora explained that he had found and corrected a blockage during the procedure. That was such an amazing and unexpected benefit.

His assistant, Gozde, was also wonderful—very patient and thorough in answering all of my questions and easing my concerns. The whole experience felt supportive and professional from start to finish.

I’m grateful to Dr. Bora and his team, and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for natural results, improved function, and a caring approach.

I had my rhinoplasty in July 2025, and at almost 8 weeks, I'm happy with my results so far. I chose Dr. Bora because he is passionate about his work, has been performing rhinoplasty on Black individuals and those with thick skin for a long time, and through my research, I could see that he does not give everyone the same nose. When we spoke on video before my surgery, his vision aligned with what I wanted. When we met on the day of surgery, I could tell that he could distinguish between different styles of noses and how one's individual aesthetics may affect what they want. I emphasized that I wanted natural-looking results, not a dramatic change. I'm not an internet personality, and I don't wear a lot of makeup, etc, so I didn't want a very high radix and a very lifted tip. I wanted subtle changes.

I got what I wanted, which was a narrowing of the nasal bone, a lifted tip, and a very modest alarplasty. The hospital experience was positive, and I was able to get vegetarian meals as I requested. The nurses at Vanity were very nice to me, as well as Dr. Bora's nurse. I had no facial bruising and minimal swelling. When I got my second cast off, I looked 100% normal.

Seval, the patient coordinator, has been kind and responsive from the start. Any time I had a question, she would get back to me. She also gave me timely reminders.

I would recommend Dr. Bora and his team for rhinoplasty and would choose him again. No other doctor I could find in Turkiye consistently gives natural results. I think with him (and any other surgeon), it's good to know what you want so you can communicate what you want.

To be fully transparent, I was asked to leave a review, which I am doing freely and voluntarily. I only did surgery; I did not use the hotel and transportation package, so I can't comment on that. My review is limited to my experience with the surgery and the results I achieved. I am still relatively early in my recovery, but recent reviews were very useful for me in choosing Dr. Bora, so I am leaving one now.

Ich bin extra aus Deutschland in die Türkei geflogen, nur um von Dr. Bora operiert zu werden – und es war die beste Entscheidung meines Lebens! Schon vom ersten Moment an habe ich mich willkommen und verstanden gefühlt.

Dr. Bora ist nicht nur ein außergewöhnlich talentierter und präziser Chirurg, sondern auch ein unglaublich lieber und fürsorglicher Mensch. Er hat mir zugehört, mich ehrlich beraten und meine Wünsche perfekt umgesetzt. Das Ergebnis ist atemberaubend – meine Brüste sind wunderschön, natürlich und genau so, wie ich es mir immer erträumt habe.

Die Betreuung in der Klinik war erstklassig. Die Krankenschwestern waren wundervoll – liebevoll, aufmerksam und immer für mich da. Das gesamte Team war professionell, herzlich und hat mir den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich gemacht. Die Klinik selbst ist modern, sauber und perfekt organisiert.

Ich bin überglücklich und unendlich dankbar. Danke an Dr. Bora und sein großartiges Team für diese traumhafte Erfahrung und das perfekte Ergebnis. Für mich steht fest: Dr. Bora ist nicht nur der beste Arzt in der Türkei, sondern ein wahrer Künstler!

I had ethnic rhinoplasty in Istanbul, Turkey, with Dr. Bora Ok. From the very beginning, both Dr. Ok and his team made me feel welcomed and reassured, especially during a time when I had doubts about whether I would achieve a successful outcome. His staff took excellent care of me and created an environment where I felt completely safe and supported. J’ai réalisé ma rhinoplastie avec le Dr Bora OK en juin 2025 , et je tiens à partager mon expérience. Dès le premier contact, j’ai été prise en charge de A à Z, ce qui m’a tout de suite mise en confiance. Le suivi a été très complet, et je me suis sentie accompagnée à chaque étape.
À seulement 2 mois post-opératoires, je suis déjà très satisfaite du résultat, qui correspond pleinement à mes attentes tout en restant naturel (même si le résultat final ne sera qu'au bout d'1 à 2 ans , j'ai confiance au processus).
Je souhaite également remercier tout particulièrement ma coordinatrice Gözde qui a été présente du début à la fin avec une disponibilité et une bienveillance remarquables. Bonjour, cela fait maintenant 2 semaines que je me suis fait refaire le nez par le docteur Bora. Il s agissait d une 2seconde rhinoplastie après une première raté par un autre médecin dans mon pays d origine. Le docteur Bora est très humain il comprend directement ce qu on a besoin et le rendu même je suis encore gonflée ( ce qui est normal) est très naturel. J adore. Mon nez me plaît déjà. I had my rhinoplasty done on June 24, 2025, I made the 23h journey from South Africa to Istanbul to have the surgery with Dr. Bora Ok. From the days leading up to the surgery to the day itself and even now, Gözde has been incredibly kind and helpful, she truly is a blessing.

it was a flawless experience. The patient care coordinator was available and responsive from start to finish and I’m a little bit neurotic so I was asking her multiple things all times of hours and she was responsive and carried. I read a lot of horror stories about how painful the procedure may be but honestly, my experience was really like painless and I love the hotel that they put me in because it had 24 hour nurses and it was like a hotel of other people getting procedures so I felt comfortable. I got my nose and hair transplant. the overnight stay was also really comfortable and the nurse is very attentive
