Dr. Nair was completely honest and deeply human with me. From the very beginning, he explained clearly what I would go through, and even told me that he needed the assistance of a vascular surgeon because of the involvement of veins and arteries in my case. That level of honesty gave me confidence, and he never hid the reality of my situation. He removed the biopolymers I had in my thighs, and I will always be grateful for how he treated me during this delicate process. At one point, when I was hospitalized and feeling weak, Dr. Nair came personally to see me even though it was his birthday. He drove from Tampa to the hospital just to check on me, leaving his family celebration behind, without ever complaining. That kind of dedication speaks volumes about his character. Patients with biopolymers are not “regular” patients, we are special cases. It is very hard to face the truth that we destroyed our own bodies and lives by making a bad decision, but the first step is being grateful and keeping our feet on the ground. Dr. Nair is not a magician, but a dedicated surgeon doing everything possible to remove these unknown, dangerous substances that can damage health or even cause death. Instead of criticizing, we should appreciate the fact that someone is willing to take on these complex, risky cases to give us a better quality of life. I trust Dr. Nair 100%, and I will continue to trust him until the day he gives me a reason not to and I know that day will never come. Every body is different, every case is unique, and patients need to understand that perfection does not exist once the mistake of injecting biopolymers has been made. What Dr. Nair offers is honesty, compassion, and the chance to move forward with better health. For that, I am truly thankful. I wish a had never gotten injected, that I could turn back time and avoid making that mistake, but I cant. What I can do is trust that Dr. Nair will remove that remains, help reconstruct me, and allow me to be healthy again, feel and look better and for that I trust only him. Thank God I found Dr. Nair. I've never felt comfortable with my breasts. Since I was a kid, I remember having low breasts and huge nipples that weren't pretty. Two years ago, with a huge effort, I had a “breast lift” with another surgeon in another clinic. My breasts were still very low and looked terrible; from day one after surgery, it seemed like the surgeon just inserted implants without doing a proper lift, so I ended up with implants and very low breasts. I can’t begin to tell you about how amazed I am of this doctor .. from start to finish he is just simply the best ! I had so many questions and concerns that was addressed in a timely and professional manner .. the knowledge Dr Nair is equipped with, is top tier ! It made me feel comfortable in every aspect ! From the beginning, Dr. Nair and his staff have been nothing less than extraordinary! From pre-op to post-op and now 7 weeks post-op, they have made sure my procedure hasn’t had any complications. Dr. Nair was given the huge task of revising another surgeon’s work and I am extremely pleased with the results. Dr. Nair makes sure to see his patients at both pre-op and post-op which let me know I was in great hands. After surgery I was not rushed out of PACU and given the time I needed to awaken from anesthesia. If I ever decide to have another procedure, it will most definitely be with Dr. Nair. He and his staff are the best in Miami, hands down!

5 days post op: Dr Nair did such a great job on my surgery. I've had a few people doing my post op massages and all have told me how great everything looks. I am very excited to see the final results once swelling goes down. 10/10 stars.
