My natural size ia 34B. Im 5'6 and 128 pounds and 37 yrs old. I breast fed for about 2 years which deflated my breasts. I dont want large breastsbut I just want them to be perky and even again. Would i be a good candidate for a lift with fat transfer?

Hello, You would be able to achieve upper pole fullness with implants or a fat transfer and or a breast lift. You could always start with a fat transfer to the breasts to see if that gives the look you are hoping to achieve without having the incisions from a standard breast augmentation or lift.&nbsp; Best of luck, Dr. Luck

Hello! 26 year old female considering a breast augmentation (implants or fat transfer) or breast lift or maybe both. I feel like they may just sit too low on my chest wall and am reading not much can be done for this, as it is just my anatomy. I don’t care about increasing the size, just the shape. I would like more upper pole fullness and for them to look higher up on my chest. I hate how low and deflated they look. Is there anything that could be done?

To best address your concern you would want to consider a fat transfer to your periorbital (under eye) region. This would involve obtaining about a marble size amount of fat from another area of the body to be processed into micro fat, which would then get re-injected to the hollow area . This will allow for a nice smooth , more youthful appearance. Typically, under eye filler could make the appearance of any dark circles be a lot more noticeable . A lot of time the fat transfer is also done as part of an under eye blepharoplasty. It is always recommended to be seen in person to get the best possible analysis to see whether or not you would be a candidate both.

Hi everyone, I’ve always had somewhat of a hollower under-eye area, and recently I’ve been noticing it looking a bit more sunken. Overall, I’m happy with my facial features and appearance, so I’m hesitant to pursue any treatments if it isn’t truly necessary. I’m curious about whether this under-eye hollowness is something that typically warrants intervention, or if it’s within the range of normal variation. I’d appreciate any feedback or experiences—should I consider treatment, or would it be reasonable to leave it as is? Note to consider: I’m at around 22-24% body fat would lowering down to 15-17% fix most of the droop as the buccal fat in my midface will go down?

Hello, I would love to help with answering your questions. You would be a perfect candidate for both an upper and lower lid blepharoplasty. Along with the lower lid blepharoplasty, which involves the fat pad removal that sits beneath the eyes, I would then go in and re-inject micro fat into the area to help fill in the hollow areas and give you an evenly smoothed appearance. As far as the lower face, I do notice that you have some drooping that is making the appearance of the jowls and nasolabial folds more prominent. This would be resolved with a face lift. A facelift itself will only address the area of the face that stems from the jawline up to about the corners of your eyes. I do what is called a deep-plane facelift which is the most aggressive but also the most natural. This will reposition all of the fat that has migrated downwards back up to the desired location which will in return create more defined cheekbones.

I’m 37 years old, I always had hollowed lower eyelids since a was born. I used to have nice chubby cheeks but now that I’m older my face is sagging and it looks more hollowed, the upper eyelids also dropping and my cheek as well. I do not want to change the shape of my brow but just blepharoplasty will work? For the cheeks I need a mini face lift or a cheek lift and fat grafting will do?

I would love to answer your questions. The first thing I would recommend to slenderize your lower face would be a buccal fat pad removal. This will help slim down the center between your cheekbones and jawline to help create a more defined, contour to your face. Afterwards, it is possible that because we would be taking away volume in the regionalized area it would increase the appearance of your nasal labial folds and jowls, in which case you would benefit from a face lift. A facelift alone would only target the area from above your jawline up to about the corners of your eyes. This would also help reposition the fat that overtime as we age starts to migrate down. Just bringing some of that tissue back up would also help with smoothing out the malar mounds.

I want A permanent fix. I’ve had 2 procedures already and it was not what I wanted. i had a fat transfer into my cheeks to assess the malar grove I have that has been there since birth. Have tried CO2 lasers. I want A permanent fix and snatched cheek. My cheeks are now heavy from the transfer and would like a lift throughout the whole mid face and slightly the eyes. Can yo Point me in the best direction? thank you so much! I’m 32 years old and want to be at my peak while I can!

Hello I’m currently 25 years old, 4’11” tall and have a size 30H bra.Since I was 11 years old I’ve been having terrible neck, shoulder and back pain. I’ve been through 18 weeks of physical therapy (2 day sessions every week) with listed exercises to do at home,I’ve had XRays, MRIs, EMG.I’ve been given pain meds, muscle relaxants, and meds for inflammation. Nothing has worked. I can’t run, bend over for more than a few seconds, do my hair, sleep in any position without feeling discomfort.

I think I am a cup size D (102 cm in circumference). I have been suffering from lower and upper back aches, a sharp pain at the base of my neck, and hard time breathing every morning I wake up. For years, I've had pus-filled cysts and skin infections under my saggy breasts that can never go away no matter how many topical creams I try or soaps I wash with. If I talk with my physician, would these symptoms get me documented and approved for a breast reduction to a comfortable B cup (or somewhere near 70 cm)?

You absolutely do not need a facelift. From your photos it looks as though you have great skin , firm collagen with no lines, wrinkles or jowels. If you are looking to get something done and want to feel refreshed, you would benefit from an upper lid blepharoplasty.

Okay so I’m 25 almost 26 and when I was 22 everyone thought I was my age or younger and then it’s like few years later when I was 24 everyone was like 25 or 26 or like few years older. I want to go back to looking really youthful like my early twenties or even younger is that possible?

Hello, Thank you for the photos. We often have patients who are inquiring if they are a candidate for either buccal fat pad removal as well as chin or neck liposuction to sculpt the lower face. In some cases, patients are candidates for both and it makes a really nice difference. You could always start with the buccal fat pad removal and see if that gives you the shape you are looking for. I’ve always had a super round face. I’m currently 5ft, and 122lbs. Even at my lowest weight which was 98lbs, I still had a very round face. I was wonder if buccal fat removal and chin lipo would be beneficial or just chin lipo?

Hello, From your photo it looks like you would be a great candidate for buccal fat pad removal, which is a procedure that can be done under local anesthesia. Masseter Botox can also make an improvement but will need to be done periodically. When you clench your teeth your masseter muscle will contract and you may feel your muscle bulge.
