I visited Dr. Moeinolmoki in February 2025 for an abdominal liposuction procedure with moderate etching. Before choosing him, I had consultations with several other board-certified plastic surgeons, and I can confidently say that Dr. Moein’s expertise and knowledge were right on par with the best. What truly set him apart was the time and care he took during our initial consultation—we spent nearly two hours discussing my goals, and he genuinely took the time to get to know me.

My main concerns were fat deposits in my lower and upper abdomen, as well as around the sides, which I hoped to smooth out for a more hourglass shape. Dr. Moein gave me the option of undergoing the procedure awake or under general anesthesia. He never pushed one option over the other and patiently answered all my questions about awake liposuction, including his past patient experiences. After thoughtful consideration, I decided to proceed with the awake option.

On the day of surgery, I was understandably nervous, but Dr. Moein had a detailed and well-organized plan in place. His surgical assistant was gentle and kind, which helped put me at ease. During the procedure, Dr. Moein continuously checked in with me, asking about my comfort and pain levels. He had me give thumbs-up signals and verbal cues to make sure I was okay to proceed, which made me feel safe and cared for throughout.

Post-surgery, he provided thorough aftercare instructions and even shared his personal cell number in case I had any concerns—something I truly appreciated. While the first two weeks of recovery were tough, things improved significantly after that, and the rest of the healing process has gone smoothly.

The moderate etching turned out beautifully—it suited my figure perfectly as I wasn’t looking for high-definition results. Dr. Moein is not only skilled in his craft but also deeply passionate and compassionate.
