I had a small chip right next to the very tip of my right canine tooth and had it smoothed out. This made the tooth extremely round whereas the left canine is very pointy and sharp. I went back and the dentist shaped it to be pointy. Now the canine I had work on is much shorter and I am having sensitivity. It has been 3 weeks. Could they put a small composite on my canine to help match the length a bit better? Sensitivity and mismatch in length is bothering me.
I went to an Endodontic fora rootcanal and he did it through temporary crown and now the crown is rough on the inside and is irritating my tongue. He smooth it but said it's thin and if he does anymore then I will back to the dentist for a new temporary. I was in pain for three weeks from a infection in that tooth and the Endodontic dentist did a root canal and it finally feels better so the last thing I want is to take it off for a new temporary. Anything I can do to make it smoother? Wax?
Long story short. My first set of veneers and Crowns asymmetrical when viewed at a close proximity appeared to have vertical ridges/undulating appearance. They were sent back. I recently received a photo of my second set. The crowns, front four, have not changed and continue to have vertical ridges/undulating appearance especially when viewed closeup in the photo. Remainder of veneers appear to be symmetrical.
I recently had emax crown placed on front six teeth. I am reasonably happy with how they look although some are bit longer than others but they look natural i suppose.. My big issue is they all feel not rough but bumpy like heavy lines running down the front of each tooth.. you can see this quite clearly in certain light and can feel it with my tongue.. my partner could quite clearly feel this with her finger.. I am over reacting or should they be smooth to touch and feel? Thanks
My crown was smoothened by dentist but it still feels rough to my tongue also I think my two crowns are slightly bigger than they should be. Should crown be 100% same as the teeh before ?It has no rough edges but the crown feels little rough on its sides after dentist polished it . What shoul I do ?
