I believe it's genetics bc I've always had thick upper arms, forearms, calves, and ankles. Even in my twenty's at 130lbs, and wearing a size 4, I always hid my arms and lower legs bc they looked disproportionate to the rest of my body. Currently I'm 8 mo pp from my 2nd child, and I've realized those problems areas look bigger than ever. Right now I'm 5'7, 160-165lbs and trying to get to my usual 140lb pre-baby weight, but I've hit a plateau. Would it be worth it to explore lipo in these areas?
