CoolSculpting is a non-surgical procedure that uses a controlled device to freeze and destroy fat. Fatty areas are gently pinched between the CoolSculpting applicator, which cools the area to a temperature that causes fat cells to crystallize and die. This treatment isn't intended for massive weight loss, but for treating problem areas like loves handles, stomach rolls, and arm fat.

I found this forum as I was receiving my treatment today. To give a small background I workout some, but most days I don't have time. It's this stubborn fat at the bottom I can't get rid of. To start, I woke up today very excited until I read this forum. Then I had no idea what to expect. Well,... READ MORE

I have always tended to gain weight around my midsection, especially once I hit my 30's and 40's. After getting married last fall, I let up a bit on my food restrictions and exercise routine, and-BAM! 10 pounds in six months, 3" gains around both my hips and belly. So I thought coolsculpting... After three years of doing my best with working out and changing my eating habits my lower stomach has always bothered me! I did research on Lipo but was scared because of my age and not having any kids yet and didn't want to waste money haha! So I looked into CS which seemed legit after reading... READ MORE

I decided to have this procedure done. I got my upper lower and both sides done in one sitting which took about five hours. I came home and took pics to compare my results. I decided to take pics in three weeks after because it states you may see results then. I was amazed at the results and... READ MORE

So, last year I decided to get coolsculpting on my lower stomach. A little background: I'm 5'2", fluctuate between 115-120 lbs. My stomach was disproportionate to the rest of my slim figure. It runs in the family. I had a total of 2 treatments--1 on my lower abdomen (the original plan) and 1 on... READ MORE

Heard about cool sculpting decided I'd try it. Well I'm 13 days post procedure and I'm still numb and having that feeling of itchiness and electrical shocks. I'm still swollen also. When she first put the vacuum on my first leg it was painful but the 2nd leg was so much worse... READ MORE

I had the Coolsculpt mini for double chin done today, I was very nervous because I had read mixed reviews. I am 48 years old and have had this issue for a long time. This was my first of 2 treatments needed. When the suction was first put on I thought it was very uncomfortable and pushed on... READ MORE

So I've done my research and had mixed feelings on how the procedure would actually feel. Because I was told, no surgery, no anesthesia, no downtime, I'm thinking, I can deal with the fact that a few people said it was a little painful. I have a very high pain tolerance, so I figured if anything... READ MORE

I am fortunate that I have always had a high metabolism and never had to worry about my weight. Going through menopause my metabolism slowed down. Overall I'm very pleased with my procedure. The first few mins it was mildly uncomfortable due to the suction. Once I was hooked up I was very comfortable during the treatment. I have wanted to do liposuction on my abdomen, arms, and inner thighs for quite some time. I am in my 50's and my motivation to lose my additional weight through diet is waning as my metabolism does not work the same as when I was younger, and it feels torturous. Liposuction is expensive so,... READ MORE

I went for my consult at New River Aesthetic yesterday. They were thorough in describing the process and did warn me that the late onset pain was more common than people think, but only described it as a "weird, itchy pain that can be managed with neurotin". I paid for my sessions upfront before... READ MORE

I've just started my coolsculpting procedures so that I can wear tank tops again. I have done three on each arm so far at integrated plastic surgery. They have been pretty painless. Dr. Cho came up with a personalized plan for me and we decided doing three on each arm was the best option. I... READ MORE

I did the max treatment and let me say it's Called max for a reason. At first I was skeptical but when I seen how much fat tissue it sucked up I knew my money was being well invested. It wasn't uncomfortable. I was shocked at how quickly it became numb. The day after I was sore but ok. No down time. READ MORE

Hi - I am a 42 year old active female. I have struggled for the last 7 years after the birth of my last daughter to lose the troublesome areas. My current weight is 142 lbs and I fluctuate between a size 6 and 8. This I believe is my body's "normal" weight and size. I struggled in my youth with... READ MORE

Since having my twins over 12 years ago, my abdominal area has never been the same. And I wasn't big with them, not even the size of a normal singleton pregnancy.
