CoolSculpting is an FDA-approved, non-surgical procedure that uses a handheld device to precisely freeze and destroy fat below the surface of the skin. This treatment is not intended for significant weight loss, but for treating stubborn areas of fat that are resistant to diet and exercise. Common treatment locations include the abs, love handles, inner thighs, back, arms, and underneath the chin. LEARN MORE >

So far so good, I already have quite a bit of swelling. The procedure was fine. Cold for 5 minutes and after the area goes numb. I had two applicators on each side of the lower abdomen. Each applicator took 35 minutes. The entire procedure and two minute massage afterwards was very tolerable.... READ MORE

I had coolsculpting done today for the first time on my lower abs. I had 3 small cooladvantage applicators (the new 35 minute shorter treatment.) I am just getting the treatment now. I'm almost done with my second side. There was a pinching pain for about 15sec when the machine sucked in my fat but it wasn't too terrible. I had the Cool Sculpt procedure earlier today. I was nervous based on so many varying reviews all over the Internet. Truth is it was fairly painless and simple. I had Coolsculpting done on my lower abdomen (two smaller areas). The procedure itself was easy- no pain and only mild discomfort at beginning.
