CoolSculpting is a non-surgical procedure that uses a controlled device to freeze and destroy fat. Fatty areas are gently pinched between the CoolSculpting applicator, which cools the area to a temperature that causes fat cells to crystallize and die. This treatment isn't intended for massive weight loss, but for treating problem areas like loves handles, stomach rolls, and arm fat.

I have two kids 5 and 8 and with the two c sections my abs (upper and lower) have made me cry. I've gained and lost weight and I'm currently at 130 (very happy with the number.) I've always had this weird fat pad on my stomach even before my kids that just won't go away. Now I also have a fold... READ MORE

I did an extensive amount of research on the procedure before I had it done. All but one review said the procedure wasn't painful, and there was no down time and next to no recovery time. The nurses and consultant told me I could even work out the day after the procedure. My experience was... READ MORE

I have been working out for years and even at my smallest never been able to get rid of my belly, even when I lost weight everywhere else. I went into Aestheticare of Leawood on 5/16 and was very happy with the level of care. I had an hour with the large applicator on my lower belly and one of... READ MORE

I had my lower abs and mid section done today . The only part that was uncomfortable was when they placed the "vacuum" piece on. It sucks...hard . It pinched a little and then got cold , but after about 6 minutes , I didn't feel any more pain . I will keep you updated on progress . So far , no... READ MORE

I had the cool sculpting procedure on Last Friday so I'm on Day 7. It wasn't bad at all. I was worried after all the reading I did. The suction felt weird but not painful. The massage was not pleasant but nothing I couldn't handle. The numb feeling has been weird but I have not had any real pain... READ MORE

I have tried CoolSculpting in Proderma Clinic in Bangkok Thailand and I am really satisfied with the results. In a matter of 17 days I have seen results and expecting for the best results in 2 months as that is the timeline given by them. Also the packages offered are in good deals. I had 2... READ MORE

I'm an active, working mom of two teenagers. I've worked out all of my life and added running a few years ago. I've struggled with "love handles" since having children and decided to try CoolSculpting. Very happy after one session of four flank applications. Procedure was mostly painless. I had... READ MORE

After doing some research on-line (maybe not enough?) I decided to go for an evaluation (2-19) to see if I qualified for CoolSculpting. The first place I went to checked me over, and after getting a second opinion from the nurse who actually does the procedure, said I did not have enough fat to... READ MORE

So I'm going to update this every day with progress notes. The procedure itself is no big deal, I had 2 large areas done, 60 Minutes each, so my butt was hurting more than anything else. They gave not more but a sheet of paper about after-care, things to expect. Of course, there is no mention of... READ MORE

I just got my coolsculpting procedure done 4/20/16 so it is too soon to know if it is really worth it. However, I will be posting updated pictures throughout the full 3 month process. I have only done 1 session. One small applicator on lower abdomen and one on each love handle. I am roughly 22%... READ MORE

I had 8 cycles: (2) on the lower abdomen; (2) on inner thighs; (2) on outer thighs & (2) on flanks "love handles". The procedure was completely painless on inner thighs, outer thighs, and flanks. However when doing my lower abdomen I did get nauseous both times and even threw up once. Right... READ MORE

Sooo no matter how small I got I could never get rid of my bottom, side flanks :( I was seeing commercials for coolsculpting on tv so I decided to do some research and take the plunge. I had a consultation with SlimScuplting Studios in Atlanta GA and felt very confident after it was over. They... READ MORE

I had it done on my flanks yesterday. I read a lot of reviews so I kinda know what to expect but it still feels weird though. I didn't feel any pain, though the second time on each side, I felt the suction is harder than the first ones. She used cool curve, twice each side that took an hour each... READ MORE

After months of careful and fastidious research, I decided to take the leap and get Coolsculpting done on my abdomen (sides and a large applicator on pouch). I was really pleased with Carla at Marina Plastic Surgery, and I ensured that I took the following precautions: 1. Go to a real doctor.... READ MORE

I have really researched this procedure before taking the plunge. I expected the worst. I was pleasantly surprised. I add upper abdomen done, lower abdomen, and flanks. From what I read upper and lower abdomen would hurt the worst I was fine and pain free with abdomen area. I looked forward to... READ MORE

I went in for coolsculpting procedure 9 days ago. I have been researching all the different options to get a smaller tummy, and for the price this was the most doable for me. The initial treatment (I had one on my lower abdomen) was uncomfortable for the first few minutes. Three days after my... READ MORE

Just left my consultation at Ideal Image and I feel excited. I'm about 6 weeks away from my procedure. In the consultation, Emily went over everything in full detail and explained how things work. She suggested that I get upper and lower abs along with flanks (bra line fat). I want to break up... READ MORE

I have a fairly athletic body and do all the right things--eat a healthy, low-calorie diet, exercise five days a week, etc. But ever since high school, I've had saddle bags, and they never responded to diet or exercise. It seemed like I would lose weight everywhere BUT my thighs, which then made... READ MORE

Sooooo, I had coolsculpting done two days ago. and I'm going to try to keep an ongoing update here for everybody to check out. The area's I had treated were the chin, back of the arms, lower abdomen and inner thighs. I'll update with pictures and progress soon. I am still sore and have some... READ MORE

My motivation is the same as everyone's I m assuming. To regain a bit of my waistline. I don't know that I have 214 characters worth of a review. I have had this done once before on my flanks. The difference is subtle. I understand now that for stubborn more than and inch fat will require more... READ MORE
