Iam 28 years old female , i was annoyed by my dark circles around the eyes , and pores , and pimples break outs now and then , doctor suggested fractional laser and told me will have great result , now one month later , iam so frustrated , i look older and tired , new wrinkles with darker circles , my face looks worse , and i still feel its not back to normal , she told me to stay on doxycyline 100 for 3 months , creams for dark circles and matriseum serum and hydrating cream .
My skin colour always appears to be dull, lifeless and uneven. Texture is very bumpy and rough to the touch. With large pores they often get clogged and cause white/black heads which leads to uneven texture. Since turning 31, I'm even noticing fine lines and deeper nasolabial folds. I've considered CO2 laser, chemical peel, microneedling but unsure which is more suited to my case or what the latest technology/ best treatment to go for? And anything to also reduce marionette lines? Thank you!
Hi, I'm having Opus Plasma laser for acne scars in three days and have clear skin except for a few small blackheads. Should I try to clear up blackheads first? If they went over the blackheads with the laser could it spread and cause further blackheads or breakouts? Or would the laser actually help? Background - I did Accutane last year and am very faithful with Retin-A every night except glycolic acid exfoliation 2-3 a week but still manage to get blackheads.
Hello. My skin is very oily and I am forming blackheads once again while also having a few pimples. I've read that Isotretinoin is interfering with collagen production after co2 laser treatments. Is it ok if I start on a low dosage Isotretinoin at this time or do I have to wait a bit longer?
I only have blackheads at nose and cheek area before co2 fractional laser, I have did 4 sessions of laser and getting more and more acne after 2nd laser treatment. Is it normal? I only used normal face cleanser and aloe vera gel until the skin fully peeled off, thereafter resume normal skin care routine.
