Hi there. I got chin liposuction and noticed these lines pretty quickly. I was hopeful they would go away with daily massages and wearing my compression garment but they seem to have only gotten worse. Im not even sure what they are. Its two hard lines that star from the incision and run halfway down my neck. They are very tight, it hurts to lift my neck up.
Hi, I had chin lipo almost a year ago, and I'm struggling a bit with tightness at the front of my neck and under my chin. I'm really happy with the result, but I'm unsure whether or not the tightness is still due to the procedure. I especially feel it when I tilt my head back. Thank you.
I am looking to enhance my profile and jawline and chin. I'd like to see more tightness and evenness. A more tight and defined jawline, I feel like it's super un even and idk what procedure would work best for my desired results.
I'm 25 year old female and I had my mentalis muscle stitched in the center to get rid of chin cleft. Also had fat transferred to the cleft. But the doctor didn't approach intra orally but externally, right above the mentalis muscle. There is so much tightness right now. Please tell me if it goes wrong then it's possible to undo it. Please reply
Hi, I got chin lipo in summer of 2020. I've been pretty happy with it but my results are not symmetrical. One side is tight and the other has a slight protrusion/swelling. It is helped by lymphatic massage, but I'd rather correct this permanently without getting lipo all over again. What do you think is the cause of this, and how can it be fixed?
I was hoping to be healed by now. My surgeon is great. I know everyone heals differently. I still have swelling under my chin, feels lumpy bumpy there as on one side of jawline and feels super tight. Neck bands are getting better- still tight at times. Is this normal for so long after the surgery?
I tried chin exercises specifically chin ups, and I ended up overworking the platysma muscle/ chin muscles. I stopped 6 months ago, and The muscles have been slightly sore/tight ever since. Can I still do the procedure? Or should I get physical therapy, and try to get rid of the tightness/ soreness first. I want the procedure to get rid of my double chin.
Hello, I had lipo under my chin 6 months ago under local. About three weeks out I started getting a pulling sensation under my chin when I look to the side or when flexing my head back. The dr. Said to wait six months for total healing. I called this week and the nurse said that nothing surgically can be done and that I should keep massaging the area. Is it possible to rectify this by continuing to do that and what is this from? Can anything be done? Thank you.
I'm 28 days post op chin lipo. One area was particularly stiff and swollen from day one. That area now seems to be darkening and creating a tight firm immovable indentation. Is this a hematoma? Scar tissue? Normal healing? What is this? Will this go away on its own?
