I got Buccal Fat Removal done 6 months ago and I have notice very little results. I have gained 8 pounds because I'm currently bulking so I'm not sure if that weight gain is masking the results. My doctor did inform me that he removed all of my buccal fat and it does not grow back with weight gain However, I did read that the buccal fat pad can grow back if it was partially removed which makes me worried because what if there is left over buccal fat that my doctor missed?
Ive (21f) always had chubby cheeks and a lot of facial fat. It never seemed to go away no matter how much weight I lost. Last year, I had cheek liposuction and buccal fat removal to get rid of some of the fat. When I had this done, I was at an ideal weight. Since then, Ive gained weight and my face has gained fat as well, making it look pre operation. If I loose the weight, will my face go back to how it first looked post operation?
My face has always been broad, but I feel like it's gotten larger in the lower half of my face over the past few years. I have gained about 10lbs in that time and I've always thought that I must just gain fat in my face easily compared to other people until I did some research on TMJ and how jaw clenching can lead to a larger face.

I had buccal fat removal done and now i want bulk to gain muscle. So I am very skinny and i want to gain muscle and some weight. To achieve this i would essentially have to bulk and gain some weight. I had buccal fat removed a couple months ago. And now i am wondering that if i bulk and gain weight would my buccal fat comeback and possibly not go away.
Im 6 weeks post buccal fat removal and I gained a few pounds within the last two weeks. My face appears chubbier. Are my results ruined? If I were to lose weight would I have a chiseled look or would it go back to a chubby look?
