I feel I have a round look to my face despite being at an extremely low body fat percentage. I feel the root of the issue is my cheekbones, they dont feel as defined or pronounced as they should. Wondering what could fix my problem. Would Buccal fat removal/cheek implants be good? I am 23 years old and 185lbs at 6ft, although I am only around 10% bodyfat and follow a strict diet, so the puffiness of my face is an enigma to me.
20M My main concern is width/fullness of my face. Despite me being in lower bound of normal BMI, it lacks 'definition'. I'd like to know whether in my case buccal fat removal would help slim my face, and shape into more of an oval form and if there are also other options I should consider like injections.
Im 19 years old and have always had chubby cheeks and a round face even though I am skinny. I also have TMJ issues and my masseter muscle feels very stiff. I considered botox but I dont think the results would be drastic enough. I was wondering if buccal fat removal would work along with chin filler? I am not concerned about aging problems because my face is still pretty round and would look youthful. When my face is resting it looks very heavy, but when I smile it turns into a V shape.
F 21 - I've seen a lot of people hate on buccal fat removal or reduction. I have pretty big buccal fat pads and have had multiple surgeons tell me in person I'd be a great candidate for buccal reduction. But I'm worried because so many people say it makes you look older quicker or too hollow and age horribly... i don't want that at all. Is it true about the poor aging? Or is it more about how much is removed, and if you really are a good canidate or not?
I have apple cheeks not necessarily in the lower part but near the anterior. I'm not sure if buccal fat removal will fix this. I want my face to look how it did when I was 15 pounds slimmer( i prefer my weight now). I've noticed as I gained weight my cheeks are fuller and starting to sag more causing a drippy appearance and smile lines. I'm 20 years old for reference
19 year old girl 57 130-14bs (avg weight). Unhappy with my face shape, i think my face is way too round, its the exact same in length and width. i want more shape & slimness in mg faces shape but dont know which procedure would be best suited to correct the issue according to my face, so please give me some idea of what you think! I can't tell what surgery would change some of this. Could buccal fat removal help? Is it an issue with the nose? I think my tip is a little bulbous but I worry doing any plastic surgery on it because I don't want it to become too small on my face or upturned. I really would like a slimmer, less boxy and more symmetrical face. Any other suggestions are welcome.
Hi, Im 21 and from Indonesia. I had buccal fat removal and now regret it so much. I am aware that there is a fat graft to the buccal fat area but in Asia, I cannot find any surgeon performing that. So if I want to reverse my face, should i go with filler or fat graft only to the subcutaneous fat?
