I am looking for axillary breast removal. Im pretty sure that Ill need some skin removed because I have had 4 births with a noticeable bulge under each arm until nursing was completed. Now I have also gained some weight recently and its even more pronounced. Does excess skin removal affect the sweat glands under my arm? Also, will I no longer have to shave since the excessive armpit skin will be removed?
So I got a breast reduction a few years ago but unfortunately due to my PCOS I gained weight and my breast ended up getting even bigger than what they were before the surgery! My question is if I lose the weight will my breast shrink or will I need another reduction?
Is it possible for breast tissue to grow back after a breast reduction? I had it done a couple of years ago and now my breasts look like they're the same size they were before the surgery. I haven't gained any weight or anything either. Is this common? Do I need a revision?
I wish someone would acknowledge the truth and quit telling me that my belly just appears bigger. In the 1.5 yr since my BR, I've gained 30lbs all in my belly. I'm not an over eater. Something about the breast reduction caused my body to react in a way that makes me store fat at a rapid pace. Could it have caused early menopause? Did it create a surge in hormones? Please don't tell me that its all in my head.Has this happened to anyone else?
Since high school I've always wanted a breast reduction. I was a 34 DD, sports all year round, 5'2 120 lbs. Now being a mom of a 1 and a half year old I am a 38 DD (barely fit) & 40 lbs heavier. (I've been a 38 DD since I got pregnant and even stopping breast feeding they have gone no where) Can't get through folding/hanging a load of landry, washing a load of dishes, and sometimes just changing a diaper or putting my son in his carseat has my back in so much pain, even straightening my back.
I have had open wounds for 6 weeks and I just feel like something went wrong and he's not telling me. My scars are awful and I have had the worst recovery ever. I have gained 15 lbs and spent 4 weeks on pain meds. Its been 7 weeks, my right breast is still red, tight, and inflammed. The wounds are closing, but it looks awful and him and his staff telling me it looks good and its normal isn't enough for me. They never prepared me for this.
From 14-17, I was a 36B. From 18-22, I gained weight due to health problems and grew to a 44D. Recently, I have been getting smaller again, but while my rib cage, waist, and hips have all been shrinking, my bust has remained the same. So now I am a 38G, and at the rate I've been going, I'll be a 36H by the end of the month. Are my breasts ever going to shrink with the rest of me? I come from a large busted family, but have I really grown that much between my teen years and adulthood?
My sister had breast reduction surgery about 2 years ago. Since then, she has put on about 25 pounds. While her breasts have only gotten a little bigger, the majority of the weight seems to be in her stomach, buttocks, back and face. Is this due to the decreased amount of fat cells in her breasts now? Thank You.
I am overcoming depression after an sexual assault on a college campus. I just moved back to California and in need of getting my lofe back together. I gained back 60lbs that I previously lost and need to lose it again. My breast not only makes my daily task challenging as I can not longer stand too long without experiencing lower back and neck pains (left an assembler job in Houston). I started back running however my 36H breast make it working out more uncomfortable.
