I am 200 pounds and I am brown skin I have very large breast in a DD bra size type I'm 51 and I'm looking to get a breast reduction done because of back problems but I am concerned about a raised bump on the bottom of my nipple. Im not sure if it's from sweating under breast or a swollen Montgomery gland. Could you please help me out.
I am a little over one month post-op for my breast reduction. I really enjoyed HIIT it style work out classes and hot yoga prior to my surgery. I have read that going back can range from 4-6 weeks up to 3 months depending on the type of workout? Any specific clarification for these types of classes would be helpful. Is it the intensity or the sweating? What is it I should be avoiding? I do have some super strong sports bras waiting to be used! Thanks!
I am 3.5 weeks post op and I have a trip planned to the river at 4 weeks post op. My doctor said I should be alright to get in the water and sweat while being in the sun as long as I kept my incisions covered. I just wanted a second opinion.
Help do I need a breast luft with or without implants or a reduction. My breast are deflated and I hate how sweaty and irritated my skin gets inbetween my breast. I want full perky breast with upper pole fullness.
Anyone else or when does this off and on numbness go away! Some days it's pretty painful and hard to even wash my armpits .... & my incisions kill me when I get sweaty and workout.... any help would be appreciated.
When first drew on my breasts, going into surgery, commented the gurney was crooked. should have asked him to flatten the table. Uneven, droopy, still touch together and cause sweat (1 reason I had it done was rash I would get when sweating /exercising) He says it is an easy fix, can be done in office, lift the bottom of the right breast and raise the nipple I WISH he had brought the nipple up higher, balanced out my should have told you they would be crooked breasts They look worse than before
