I heard that 6 months after a breast reduction is when the breast fully drops. I was wondering if my breast will continue to drop and look somewhat more symmetrical once its been a year. The difference just seems too drastic. Its really frustrating I was really looking forward to having more symmetrical breasts and I look almost as bad as I did before if Im stuck like this.
I had asymmetrical breasts so I had a breast reduction on just the bigger side. The nipple of the breast that was worked on is a lot higher. I read another post of someone who had a nipple placement that was too high after a breast reduction and the comments from surgeons said it usually stays that way. My surgeon told me breasts drop after breast reduction but does that not apply to the nipple? Im two weeks out of surgery but now Im worried I made a mistake. I just want to look normal :(
After looking at a lot of lifts and reductions I have noticed that when they look exactly how you want them to straight away they tend to drop and soften too far, where as if they are to high & square they don't drop as far and low and end up still nice and perky. In general I noticed that the outcomes that look the worst at first end up looking really good and the ones that look really good at first end up changing too much. Am I on to something or just plain wrong? Thank you.
I had a breast reduction June 4th and everything is healing up fine. My nipples are someheeys uneven and I have these folds or whatever they are on the side of my boobs. My doctor's PA told me I shouldnt worry that maybe my left boob dropped and my right boob hasn't dropped yet and is still swollen.Do I need a revision??
do breasts typically get smaller after the swelling goes down after a reduction? Some girls say that theirs have gotten a little bigger after the swelling. However, is it more common for the breasts to become smaller rather than larger once they have settled? Also, how much do the breasts settle or drop after surgery? I'm worried about them being a lot less perky once they heal. Thanks!
I had my breast reduction from an F to a C three days ago. I am left feeling like my breasts are too small now, but I think that will change once they drop and soften. How long does it usually take for that to happen? - and for them to stop looking so boxy?
I just had a reduction and my breasts are too high up... I know that sounds like an odd thing to say because your that is the point of a reduction but they almost look like pecs....I am very unhappy right now, what should I do? Will they "settle" or fall down over time like breast implants do?
