..was told my options on my left breast. Im thinking of doing implants for both breast but being im a big chested woman already (40-44 G/H cup) i was told by plastic surgeon that the biggest implant i can get is a c cup. My concern is thats wayyyy to small for me, if i had went with a reduction if things were different I wanted to go back to a D Cup. My Concern/Question is am i able to get full D cup instead of C cups?
I was diagnosed DCIS. On August 6, 2018 I had a nipple sparing double mastectomy with expanders placed. I am 52 120 lbs .The Dr filled me to 475cc in one visit. I would like to be a 34 B/C. Can I get a smaller implant? What size is recommended?
I am almost done with chemo and am looking forward to completing my reconstruction within a few months. I have 375cc Mentor expanders in that are over expanded to 425cc. They were teardrop shaped and twisted so I have been dealing with lopsided rock hard boobs for a few months now. I am 5'5 and 145 lbs. I am not happy with how far apart on my chest they are. What size and texture should I consider for the most natural results?
I have been told by my breast and plastic reconstruction surgeon that the decision to do direct to implant using alloderm (no expander or months of delay) can't be made until during surgery - why? I am a skin & nipple sparing Mx candidate, & I am happy to stay with my current cup size, a small C. I am fit & 45 and I just want the breast cancer chapter to be Over so I can move on with my life.
